Bra, it's crossed with Hash"..and im like oh hash plant?.." no no Hash"...im like oh ok...jezzz..i planted 10 seeds and 9 sprouted. they all look the same but that one and it really does look like ducks foot...

hey ISSACK.... thats one hell of a mutant... try foiliar feeding it with a 10-15% of normal strength grow ferts and up the dosage a bit ever time until you are at 30-40% then stop.
After this she should be up to par...dont forget to wash the nutes off 20 mins after you foiliar feed...

from ed rosenthals ask ed on cannabis culture, posted it here and in the sick plant forum so ya see it in one of the two

Root aphids colonize and suck juices from roots in many mediums including horticultural pebbles, rockwool and planting mixes. They are persistent, so it requires some discipline to eliminate them. There are several organic products that can be used without affecting the plant, the buds, or the safety of the buds for later human consumption. The first is organic pyrethrum. This is a natural insecticide gathered from a chrysanthemum-type flower. There are several brands of liquid concentrate. If pyrethrum liquid is not available at your local nursery or garden shop you can order it on the internet.

Botanigard is an insecticide that is composed of a living fungus, beauveria bassiana. This fungus seeks out aphids and infects them, causing death. Then it releases spores waiting for more victims. It also works to control whiteflies and thrips. You can order it at many garden stores or through garden websites on the internet.

Neem oil and citrus oil have also been used to kill aphids, but they sometimes affect the roots. Test them on a sample plant before using either of them in the garden.

The aphids should be treated every other day with a minimum of six treatments. Rotate the insecticides. Botanigard can be combined with pyrethrum. The neem and citrus oils can be mixed with each other as well as pyrethrum. The idea is to totally eliminate the pests.

If the plants are growing in a hydroponic system, rather than mixing the treatment in the reservoir, make a special batch of water. Turn off the hydroponic system and water the plants using a watering can. Let the insecticide water stay in the root area for at least an hour before turning the hydroponic unit back on.

Once the aphids are gone, it is difficult for them to reinfect. They were probably introduced to your garden by a new element such as a clone or infected planting mix.

SAC hey thanks man, good to have buddies lookin out...i really think that next time around and this goes for anyone..that if you saturate the soil with diatomatious earth before you plant then the bugs wont be a problem....amazing what this stuff does to bugs and it has no affect on plants....it shreads bugs like knives...it looks like white flower....trippy stuff but does the trick...

issack - the girls are looking good - especially considering how bad the root aphids were. Hmmm - wonder how much diatomaceous earth to mix with soil prior to potting - sounds like it would be a good thing to add every transplant!

add a ton of it...i'd say two full cups per 3 gallon container....the kind i got is for pool filters...got it at my garden store here...its fine like dust and when you drop a bug on it you watch the thing go nuts....i really dont see how bugs can survive when the soil is saturated with the powder....makes sinse to me so thats what i will do from now on...

Keep up the battle with those bugs, you are doing a fine job and am sure the plants will reward you when harvest time comes......i use coco rather than soil, not just beacuse of bugs but it is a factor. Good luck.
Peace

well guys the grow is done...i have decided to start anew.. my plants got rocked not only from the afids but from the a/c in my box.

i was wondering why my plants were growing so damn slow...and it finnaly hit me...when the grow box gets to like 82degrees the a/c kicks on...then this ice cold air fills up this box soooooooo fast and keeps on blowing untill the a/c kicks off..resulting in wind burn, and stunted growth....my leaves were dying from the cold...not the afids...i pulled out two plants from my box and put them outside...and they came back to life....while the ones in the box were still going downhill....

I'm ripping the box apart this week and starting with a simple design...the more i learn the more simpler methods make sinse ...i'm just going to exaust my light and use the whole room as the grow invironment...this will just be my mother and clone veg room......

sorry for misleading info....dont ever put an a/c in such a small invironment...plants like to feel the heat...not get an arctic blast of ice air...

i will be back my ic friends...with a fuckin 300 plant grow!!!!!...
thank you all for the support on this grow..i have learned alot and had some good times with this one....
but we can only move on and prosper into new biginings....i have alot up my sleeve the next round.....cant wait 4 my new thread!!!
Aloha all!!!!
