i dont, but i did! been living car free for 10 years or more now...i used motorized transport less than 500 miles last year, less than 100 so far this year...going to end up pedaling about 6500 miles in the last year...You'd buy a bicycle if you had to pay UK fuel prices
you can, look up recumbent tricycles and 4 wheelers, some even have electric assist...I use to love bicycling and wish I could now.

I do a lot of walking. I don't currently have a bike, I sold the old one because it was too heavy and not what I need for getting around with all the suspension shit and oversized frame.
I've never had a driving licence, and haven't so much an driven an old jalopy round a field. Pissed about on plenty of motorbikes though, but I'm dangerous on motorbikes, I go a bit silly. Took one into a hedge once, a little Yamaha DT 50. the hedge ripped the helmet clean off my head, and if the hedge hadn't been there I'd have been wrapped around an Oak.
Not as bad as when my mate forgot how many gears he'd dropped and went straight over the handlebars,
rather like this

should be lots of good used bikes for sale what with wiggo winning the tour and the lady trackies doing so well in the olympics...all those "dreams of glory" bikes have probably been collecting dust so often you can get a top of the line bike cheap.of course theres no point in trying to go from "off the couch" onto a full on race bike....takes training...

that explains your aversion to spotted dick! Thanks ever so much for reminding me of the time I found my folks copy of the joy of sex...I had almost completely erased that from my databanks, I can't tell how how glad I am that you restored that moment of childhood trauma to HD clarity.
Mum and Dad do that?.... eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeuuuuuuuuuu.
