What's hilarious about that pic, is the toupe is actually being blown by the Scottish windfarm near his ridiculous golf course (Which destroyed an area of special scientific significance) the he failed to block construction of, in the courts......

Of course the windfarm isn't built yet, but it's a nice thought.
