What's next, the sun causes cancer?
That don't seem right...

Yes I'm being facetious, but if something as necessary to life as sunlight can cause cancer, then anything can...

what's next, vitamins and exercise cause cancer?

In all seriousness the vitamins might not cause cancer but the food colorings they put in them might.

This is the world we live in, it's a fucked up place, the poison is everywhere.

St. Johns Wort is an interesting choice, since it is claimed to cause phototoxicity sometimes.

yeah ive heard that too.. my skin has the opposite reaction, but some people may be sensitive to it.
i think the photo-toxicity thing is mostly with internal use -like when animals graze on it.

red raspberry seed oil is supposed to have an spf between 28 and 50

also a supplement of astaxanthin from marine algae is supposed to be remarkably sun protective

I'd think it would also paint your skin yellow...

I used to use one made from methyl anthranilate, which is the chemical that gives concord and some other grapes their distinctive flavor. It was good stuff- alcohol base which evaporated, and non greasy.
Used it at the beach, which is pretty much the only time I get sunburned, and it provided vey good protection.

Farting causes cancer, Second hand noxious gas can kill you. It's true. I read on the internets that one study says so. So don't go to Taco Bell. Wait..., BK makes me fart. I'm killing people? :woohoo:

I've always lived by that old attage, "everything in moderation". IMO that includes the sun as well. I limit my use of sun screen just cause a lot of them have perfumes that make me break out. I wear a wide brimmed hat and sit/work in the shade when out doors.
