Suggestions/guidance

Hey all. So I have a grow going that I thought was comprised of 3 auto/fem plants. One for sure is fem/auto but turns out that the other two are photoperiod. I assumed the two, which were freebies from my purchase, matched my orders of fem/auto but they aren't. The auto is a few weeks ahead of the photoperiods. Do I just switch to 12/12 and reduce the quantity of the auto or what? I only have one tent and can't separate them. Or do I dump the freebies, they are 4 weeks in, and start a couple known fem/auto? Anybody run into this? How much does the decrease in light on the auto effect the final quantity produced. Thanks in advance for any input.

Not much experience with this, but once I ran out of room and had to put an autoflower in the 12/12 room.
The bud room is a lot brighter than the veg area and the plant finished about the same size as comparable plants from the veg area. With out the intensity difference I do not know how much smaller it may have been.
Photoperiod plants almost always outgrow the auto's, so if the tent is light tight my answer would be to go with the photoperiods.

Thanks for your input, Phaeton. The more I think about it, it seems more logical to switch to 12/12 instead of dumping two plants that I've spent time on.

If the end goal is to maximize yields then switch to 12/12. The loss of potential yield off the autoflower should more than be made up for by 2 other plants.
