Ok so I'm going to share the end of my purps showdown with you folks and hope I get a POTM nomination lol I have some nice plants going this round and Sugar Cane Kush and Cuzin Violet are incredible!!!
Sugar Cane Kush is a purple strain from Reservation Labs which is a landrace kush of some type with a purple strain worked into it from what I can tell. The genetics haven't been released cuz RL doesn't want folks to copy his work that took him years to accomplish. It vegges quicker than normal purples smells like Hubba Bubba Grape Bubble Gum and covers itself with fat crystals all over the place hence the name Sugar Cane Kush...
Cuzin Violet is a pheno I found in a pack of Urkle x Crystal Trident with the CT being a cross of Afgooey x Sour D V3 so the male CT that Mini used for this cross seems pretty transparent and just adds speed and resin! The 4 pheno's I've grown of it were all Urkle dominant in a major way with 2 of them smelling like Grape Jolly Ranchers so the 2nd time I found that pheno I called it Cuzin Violet. The name is cuz she is GDP's fine as cuzin who vegges faster and smells like grape candy with the resin content of Afgooey!
So these pics are from yesterday which was day 54 of flower and I'm going to take them 60 days maybe a full 9 weeks depending on how things look color wise... Also it's looking like the Cuzin Violet needs a full 9 weeks to purple up fully cuz she's still fattening up more each day and showing more color which didn't come till week 7 anyway...
