stupid to stay here?

been living/growing in my current rental for 2.5 years without so much as a hiccup. i havent seen my landlord since i signed the lease and send my checks early every month. same with elec. bills

however i am thinking of moving to another town but am having trouble finding a good place to grow. yet the town is close enough to where i could easily tend my garden when needed.

would it be ill advised to continue growing in the same rental after 2.5 years? i feel like the answer is obvious but id like some advice from IC

it would be silly to leave. I mean in your landlords eyes you are the perfect renter! Money on time and in most cases early! man you are golden at that location

What they said. I would be careful if you ever choose to move out. For example I'd lived in the same apartment for a year and a half, I'd talked to my landlord maybe 3 times. Shortly after I gave my 30 days notice that I was moving out she started bringing potential renters through my apartment unannounced (illegally) if my roommate hadn't been home when this happened I would've been 100% fucked. That day I had not locked my closet door. Make sure everything questionable in your place is packed up and cleared out prior to mentioning moving out to your landlord.

What gtgio said is very, very important when moving. One of my close friends got bust due to very similar circumstances except he didn't have a roommate, lived on his own

I should also mention that my landlord probably would've made it much farther into my apartment had my roommate not been fucking her boyfriend on the front room's couch, I was out of town that day lol.
