Asshole's offered to drop all charges except manufacturing and give me 10 years and 25,000 in fines. They fucked things up so bad in the search that it took 5 hours to gril the 6 cops on the stand. NONE of them told the same story. They came up with new evidence as the hearing started so now we get to wait 2 more months to complete this hearing. With everything presented they should toss the whole thing. But I'd bet your ass they will over look the Keystone Cops Dumb ass, Civil Rights violating mistakes they made. Prosecutor says he is gonna push for max penalties and run them consecutive. So I may get 200 years for growing pot while the meth cook that has been busted 5 times in the last year gets probation.
for sure I boycott 4th of july, national anthems and such... were not free and those that celebrate it are happy slaves.
ask what law you are being charged under? if its the controlled substance act of 1970... that was passed under congresses authority to regulate Interstate Commerce... which was originally intended to keep corrupt land and commerce trades in check... but government abuses their authority and passed the controlled substance act limiting individuals rights... but they are still bound to the terms of Interstate Commerce so if they cannot prove that you were trafficking across state lines or part of a conspiracy to do so then they shouldn't be able to convict you under that law... which is the only federal drug law!
just remember all the drug laws are unconstitutional... they only have jurisdiction over your social security number, your SSN is a federally chartered corporation and is subject to all acts of congress as corporate policy; but YOU ARE NOT your social security number you are an organic flesh and blood human being and no man or majority holds any claim to your life or what you do with it... and you cannot be punished without assaulting someone's life, liberty or property and there needs to be a human being (not government agency) pressing charges
