buddy brought over some nugs from his haze pheno, very sharp spicey smell. Smoked a bong and bowl and i was set for like 2 hours, that never happens. Very cerebral with subtle hints of body, but very long lasting.

Also has a fruity, skunky smelling pheno that is also good, less cerebral but has more of a racy effect if that makes sense

I've sampled a couple of different Jack phenos, and the sativa dominants are definitely the pick of the litter IMO......congrats on a good score bro! Brooklyn keeps that fire!!!!

Yeah, Jack Herer Haze pheno is a real keeper for sure. I had a mother and a male of that pheno preserved in clone form but lost them to a burglary. I have a Jack Herer x Mazar mother now made with that male, he is extremely dominant in the cross and she produces classic foxtail buds just like the JH Haze pheno. The Mazar seems to have added a bit more resin and reduced the height a little, but apart from that it's just like that JH Haze pheno. I wish I had a male to work with and stabilise the cross.

Someone mentioned how you can build a tolerance to a certain strain and then try something different and be wasted by it. Very true, I was in Cancun back in April and bought some brick pack commercial Mexican, lots of stalks and seeds and was dark green and dry, but man did it blow my mind and I'm a hevy everyday toker. I had a trip on that Mexican after not smoking very much, although tequila may have added to that effect. It was an amazzing cerebral all in the head high with massive paranoia and creative energy, only time I've experienced such a high before was with pure Haze or Malawi Gold. I doubt that Mexican was anything special in potency terms, but it would have a totally different blend of active substances than the weed I normally smoke and that probably accounted for the state of my brain. I borught the seeds from that Mexican home and the germ rates sucked, got one plant from 20 beans but still have more beans. The plant turned out male but was a beautiful plant, looked like an indica until I put it into 12/12 when it started showing some sativa traits.

When I blow teh smoke through my nose, sometimes i recirculate it by cupping my hands and get a few passes through my nose, it can make you loose your sense of smell quite easily but with some strains its kinder on your nose. If it makes everything smell like herb, that is fine by me, when if something i don't like the smell of is around I just take a breath through my nose and smile. I know vapour is great, never tried it, but everything I hear, it sounds like a rip snorting good time (sorry for the pun.)

Do you happen to have pics of this Jack Herer? I would love to see it if it is possible, just so I can drool lol.

jack herer is amazing i have a pheno that makes you get the spins and even when trichs are amber it gets the heart pumping and feels like its the end , and i swear when i blaze out on jack sometimes i get audio hallucinations im not the first one around here that gets that too which is why i kept her, even thou shes a little too much .

my man who i trust and have been dealing with almost 10 years hooked me up w/ some jack. i've been burnin sour d for about past 3 months daily, so i didn't think the jack would effect me that much. i was wrong. i took 4 pulls from a blunt and am wacked out of my skull, almost to the point of too much. my knees were even shaking. i felt like a bitch. i burned about an hour ago, the shakes are gone thank god but i am hiiiiiiigh! he said it's " the hazy jack". he only gets the best shit from brooklyn, all of it expensive, this jack was $475/oz. the normal jack he had was only $400. anyone had this experience w/ any jack herrer? it's not like i'm a lightweight either, i've been burnin about 13 years, daily the last 3. just look at my fuckin name...

this jack herrer i had 2 months back put me on my ASS, every time i smoked it. my roommate/friend found me sleeping fully clothed in my bed with the 360 controller in my hand on several occasions LOL. i swore that id never smoked jack again. you got me wondering if its the same shit i had..

about the *current* Jack offering from sensi, ive heard it was 'watered-down'
by watered down i mean bred towards the shorter-flowering 'green' showing..

not sure what the 'green' pheno is like, myself,
because that was not the direction my friend took the line when he successively incrossed it,

but if you're out to cross it with the NL#5 x Haze, and can only afford one pack,
DEFINITELY go for Sam's Skunk#1 x Haze. seedsman.com gives good freebies too

crossing the skunk/haze to your nl/haze will create a multihybrid much like original release (98/99) Jack
id even go as far as backcrossing that cross to the nl/haze again,
but thats just my mad-scientist/haze-addict brain running awry

if you are just out to find a perfect jack female to grow and smoke,
i suggest buying multiple packs or finding a vintage pack from before the turn of the century (near impossible)

mine comes from a source that only deals with about 10-12 people so i hope it would be better
