strange problems outdoors.

Well Cod 4 is AWESOME! my sick plant has recovered but I've noticed a few leafs on other plants to have these small yellow speckles that turn into holes, I've had a look at the Sick plant faq's but can't find anything like it? I think it could be soil related (maybe some kind of lockout?) but not sure....heres a pic of leaf.

This is pic of bug damage:

And god knows what this is?

Spray some safer soap or neem oil on your plants to protect them from the bugs.....

as for the last picture that looks like scale insects larva or something that laid there larva in the leaves or something... ( why worried anyways it's not your plant that is affected..) that pic is one of the grossest I ever seen, looks like the plant has fever blisters lol.

Have you tried to pop one of those sores open?

Have not had a chance to play it with all the work needing done around here and at home in the yard.....

So I will get to it soon and when I do it's going to be hard to put down, there is just a huge handfull of games out right now, mario galaxy, simcity societies..... mario sonic olympics.... resident evil umbrella chronicles.... and so much more....

do not know which one to play first or where to begin lol.

looking at your first set of pictures...
Were these plants indoor plants that were moved outdoors, with the wilted look begining just after moving them outdoors ?
If so, that underwatered appearance may just be from not adequately hardening them off first as you moved them. Indoor plants need to be exposed to the outdoors for gradually longer amounts of time until they're not showing any signs of wilt.

The second set of pictures...
bottom one looks more like bird shit (and its not on pot leaves btw), the other two look like damage from some kind of bug nibbling "rasping away" at the underside of leaves. Look at the bottoms of all the yellow speckling leaves for tiny pests.

Cheers for advice again.

Hahah Yeah I know that weird shit isn't on my plants, was just curious as to what it was, I think Stitch could be on the money. I've checked for bugs but there seems to be none other than what we call "frog spit" its a tiny bug that cocoons itself inside a foam of "spit" I don't think they damage plants??

I'm thinking the PH of the soil might be too high and thats whats causing the yellowing, then once the sun has been on it for a couple of weeks its burning through the plant making holes.

I'll spray some neem oil on the plants and hopefully that will keep the pests at bay for awhile!

Never heard of the sun burning through the leaves like that unless using a magnifying glass.

You have to have bugs eating them, but they must not be living there, just coming by and eating at your expense and leaving!

Get some neem oil and put it on your plants or use safer soap to prevent the bugs from eating the leaves, but I can gurantee you that is caused by bugs chewing at your leaves :)

Cheers MNS, i've put some neem oil on the plants and will see what happens, the second pic is definitely bug damage but the first pic i'm 99.9% sure isn't caused by bugs, It always starts off as yellow speckles then they open up to tiny holes.

Other than the odd leaf they starting to come on well, especially those planted in soil.

Are you talking about the pic in post #21?

If so, that is caused by bugs, the yellow speckling musta been chewed on by a different pest then another one came along and chewed on it.. but yes, that is caused by pests, ask anyone else :)

Plants are coming along really nicely, been a bit of bug damage but nothing to really worry about, I only get to see plants once a week for watering, but they seem to be retaining the moisture which is really good! those watercrystals really do work!
