Never grown it but everyone describes it as a Lime Slurpy heaven. I have seen absolutely jaw dropping pics of the frost on this one too. If I were going for lime I would head this way and try some OGK lines that have the lime smell as well.

imo thats an exaggerated profile of it. the golden ticket cut of chernobyl has the classic refreshing minty dill limey sativa smells like any jack, trainwreck or ssh carries.

Thanks for that tidbit. I have seen a few pics of reported golden ticket but the most impressive was not the cut and I really wish I could remember who posted it as it was frosted to the extreme and that was the description the guy gave for it. I wonder if there are any phenos that do not have mint and dill? Those two smells are not at all want I like in cannabis generally.

The ssh does have a really cool lime funk if one doesn't mind that one of a kind haze flavor. Trainwreck and the crosses I grew of it I did like it was unique and a great high but nothing I wanted to keep forever.

One pheno I do remember I had as lime just now was out of rez's SSSDH. Straight lime little sour and haze. That was really some awesome pot.

i recently sampled the golden ticket but never grown chernobyl. i think im going to pick up the GT cut this year as I enjoyed the smoke and it's a quick plant. very terpy.
my buddy Critter here on icmag has a personal keeper, & grows the golden ticket as well. he has some good pics in his thread.

i agree the minty phenos of SSH and hazy/sativa hybrids are usually my least favorite. I find the potency to be lacking while the best SSH i've had in my life were dirty metallic hazy smells and tastes.


Moondawg from Loompa is good. My favorite pheno cured to straight up sweet lime diesel. Solid potency too.

Sour Dubb has that lemon lime sprite soda and fuel thing going on. One of my favs as well.

Lime Kush I just picked up but hear great things. Trying to snag the Hollywood/Topanga PK this year. People seem to describe it as lime & marshmallow og, which sounds right up my alley.
