i think Crazy Composer described the smell of the Chem D cut better than anyone ... im paraphrasing for sure but something about mouth infection / halitosis ... in the dankest way possible . Definately offensive smells . yet tastes delicious when well grown .
I call it "Grandpa Breath" because when we were kids we would go into our Grandparents' room before they got up, and he would play Monster, and roar ... and it was before he had brushed his teeth for the day.
I experienced it once in a seed from a sinse (mostly) bud from Mendo/ Humboldt.
I called it "P U Licorice Skunk" because it had licorice / anise in addition to the striking STINK (beyond skunk stink).
I think it's possible that it's a naturally occurring phenotype, maybe in the Afghani family. Chem 91 was one time it popped up.
I got something similar with that bud in the mid-90's that was sort of like the smell of Death - and Anise.
