Back pain, huh? Been there/done that. 5 herniated discs in my back left me almost helpless last year. If you haven't already done it, a shot of cortisone usually takes care of the pain for two to three weeks. It will give you some mobility back, but effects are temporary. Sometimes you just have to have some relief from the intense pain.
