I have decided that very soon I will relate to you some of the adventures I've had with Stoner over the years, and I can assure you that by the time you've read them you'll have an understanding of just what kind of character he truly was. We started out as smoking buddies, then became teammates in a billiards league, then business partners in a mobile kitchen, serving the likes of Kansas at a local music festival, and traveling around looking for venues, until eventually I became his personal helper as he became more disabled. You'll hear how he helped me win tickets to see the Stones in Minneapolis, how he bravely exhaled a hit into the face of the local Chief Of Police back when there were few states with legal weed (ours not being one of them) and about the time we got pulled over in South Dakota by a state trooper with enough weed and smoking gear to put us behind bars for at least a week, and we drove away with just a speeding ticket, thanks to his ingenuity. I'm still grieving for this beautiful and mischievous man, yet I feel these are stories that those of you who knew him through this site would like to hear, so expect the first installment very soon. Blessings, love and peace to you all!
