Nowadays you need your faculties and your head on a swivel while out in public. Shit can break loose anytime anywhere. Alert and cognizant of your surroundings is prudent. Being a caterpillar with butterfly wings around strangers puts you at a disadvantage. Situational Awareness can save your ass.

my cats avoid me when i'm doing mushrooms. who'd have thought it ?

My dog gives me shit if i light up with him in the room. He is not into the secondhand smoke i guess.
But the freak will eat morning glories and trip on them fairly regular. I try to eradicate the flowers but he still finds any that i miss. Puts him off his food for a bit when he gets into them.
