Stem Canker- how can I stop it?

Well this round was supposed to be the best- got my CO2 on, trellis and drip system.

Instead it has crashed somewhat.

Salt build up lead to lock out and high medium tds, and a low ph.

Now thats fixed, and I have had an iron and P def after coming out of the excess.

Humidity has been high- and in one strain I see these thinkened bump like nodes forming in the stem across from each of the bud junctions. None on the other strain at all. I am afraid they are going to be cankers and they are everywhere. Almost every single branch in many many plants. I am crossing my fingers its just what that strain does, but I don't remember seeing it last round in these ones. Nothing in the lower branches, just the flowers. It has almost a whitish hue to it.

And they moved into this room in transplant. This definately not PM or bot.

I am day 21, and will have to turn my AC on now- have to rig a drain to catch the run off. Been running a dehimidi, but it can't keep up. So I fucked up and have been running at 65% or so RH up until now in a sealed room. Temps at 83-87 with 1200ppm CO2.

I am pretty sure its a disease. Some sort of stem canker. I have read up, but this info is hard to get. It's just getting going, but I am seriously terrified.

How do I stop it? I am up for anything, I've got to get this harvest through for sure.

I'll take some pics soon. And I am going to keep an eye on how it progresses, and cut a stem down the middle to take a look at it too if it seems to get worse.

But I need to know NOW how to kill it, or at least slow it down. HELP FRIENDS!

I am thinking copper and sulphur are my first options. I have Zone/Penetrator which I use for PM. I am thinking of heading to the garden shop and having a talk with them. I am not knowledgeable about chemical controls for this, and though I am googling a lot, no success.

I REALLY REALLY hope its just something strain does, maybe as a result of being CO2 pumped, or the nutrient stresses- but looking at my nugs from last round I don't see it that way on the stems.

Cut one open. Definately a blister, not part of the stem. Shit.

I am going to need something more then sulphur and copper. What else is out there? I have caught it relatively early in disease process; and its the almost half way done. I just need to hold it in check for 4 weeks, this strain finishes in 7 weeks.

Any help is appreciated! I opened the room up, got the temps to upper 70's and rh down to under 60 now.

I have spent hundreds, if not, thousands of hours
reading here & this is the first I have read about this.
Sorry I got nothin' for ya.
Good Luck.

Thanks Marsh. I am in the same boat.

Reading leads me to only a few fungicides that might be okay. It looks like copper hydroxide is my best bet- usable on food. I'll make a stop at the gardening store and talk with the pro's there.

There is stuff called Maneb that your supposed to use with it, but mmmm no thanks. If I am fucked I am fucked, but that stuff doesn't look so nice when I read more on it (even though its considered usable on food crops). Can't go that far.

I still WANT to believe its not a disease, it just so strikes me as one. And its uneven nature makes me think that way as well- the bumps are larger on some plants then others, but nearly all of them have it. I'll have to post pics.
