Starting a collective/coop grow

Hey everyone so here's my senirero I just got 15 acres and some of my buddies with cards want to grow with me. So my question is can they just put there cards outside with me and its a collective /co-op grow and I live in the city next to them so I can't be there caregivers. Any info from the guys that do this kind of thing would be appreciated

It seems you put little effort yourself into finding out how to grow for patients.

Are you in the USA? California?

You can't just grow and call it a co-op, co-op are not for profit organizations that are legal entities registered, pay taxes, etc...





if in CA you read through the state law it outlines what you need to do.

The people who get busted seem to be growing for profit and get sloppy with what they think is legal, bedding the law to fit with their plans...

If your city or county requires caregivers to be located in the same city or county, then that is what you need to do.

Check with your county for getting the paperwork filed for yourself as a caregiver for each patient.

Yea I would just do what he said, and I would be carefull, never want to take chances.
