Nice bro...
the weight potential on that cut is very good, like to see her in your system.

once you you get her dialed you will most likely see why we call her #1 all around.

Yeah I think she would do real well in the SCROG. Her growth style seems similar to my ChemDD (BYTCH). I can't wait until a 2 month cure to see what she's like. I'm drooling over The White that I have in a jar curing up right now!

LOL.. i think yer gonna be a bit disappointed with the white, she looks way better than she is.

I never seen 2 month cure anything... can never keep stuff around once its dried, hits the pavement running! lol

I really doubt I'll be disappointed with this. I feel you on not seeing 2 month cure anything but there really is a difference. I only cure my hydro crops for 3 weeks before they're gone but they do get much better after a long cure. I keep all my soil crops and cure them for up to 6 months before they get air sealed in individual jars and labeled with dates then placed in the freezer for long term storage. My KK StarDawg wasn't even ready to smoke for about 6-8 weeks before her flavors came out. We will see what happens to The White in my stable once I get a long cure. I just filled up the tent with mostly Whites and some ICE's!

Awesome bro.. how did you like the ice? my peeps love it, can do some serious SOG'n with it along with great bushes.

You must spoil the shit outta your customers, I can understand wanting to have and be the best.. however.. the longer it sits around the more it costs.. you know.

I wonder if the rdwc is lacking in immediate smell and flavor? i have never tried any?
I can tell you that our stuff is BANGEN as soon as its dry.
I wonder this because i have seen the same strains grown in coco or dirt and it didnt even come close.
Next summer bro... we gonna have a cook off, sound good? lol

ICE also looks like a nice plant. Her smells are much different and she has good bud development but she grows much slower than the rest. As far as product sitting around, to me it's money in the bank at top dollar in the freezer. I've stored bud this way for 10 years and its just as great as it went in. I only do this with my best soil crops which seem to be on another level compared to my RDWC crop. Don't get me wrong there's mad flavor in the RDWC but this is all strain related. The look of my BYTCH in RDWC is much different than when I grow them in soil. This could also be strain related because I think the Chem is known to be picky and change depending on environment more than normal. I can say that my ChemDD changes in RDWC in ways that are hard to explain. It's not connoisseur grade like the newer soil crops I've been putting out but still high quality compared to what's around. I can also say that the RDWC doesn't lack in smell or flavor at all. It's just the look of the ChemDD bud is just different than when I run her in soil. It's more of a mass production look compared to my soil crops which get much more attention. I think so far the ChemDD in RDWC is more potent than everything I tried so far but I'm still trying to figure it all out. The soil crop just has a much different organic look to it that makes it look real nice. The smells of all the different pheno's are amazing.

Cook off in the summer sounds like a plan to me!

I've been going over this same debacle in my head for the past week or so. Right now I run mostly ebb and flow hydro. I have a couple spots in the room where I can get away with a dirt/coco plant, and in the past had a whole area for dirt grows. I personally think that the plants look better and have more flavor when in dirt or coco, especially dirt. The difference in the way the plants look when grown in dirt instead of hydro can be night and day. In the same sense though, the whitest plants I have ever grown were in my flood tables. So idk either :dunno:. Science will provide answers soon enough. With a long enough side by side, with the same grower and same strain, lets say for 10 years. Then you could have enough solid stats and info to come to a conclusion of which style grows more potent better tasting buds. Then again even with a test like that, it may be strain specific, and we're back at the drawing board. Sorry for the rant, kandy kush and coffee got me going already this morning!!

Dirt is the only way to go farmers! Where the hell can I get ahold of this strain?!
Bag appeal is great but one would want the hole enchilada, taste, smell, resin concentration.. oh wait that's the Gorilla Glue....

Illuminati StarDawg - Day 65 Flower
This StarDawg smells more than all of the others. The smells are simply amazing! This StarDawg also looks like it will yield more than all of my other StarDawgs. Seems to have a similar smell to Diesels and Chems. I can't see how I am going to eliminate any of these StarDawg. They all seem so special in their own way. Anyway here are some pics:

Why don't do an open pollination of this line with the Illuminati cut, all your keepers mothers from seeds and your best smelly males?

:tiphat:

Illuminati has better bag appeal and the Corey has better taste and smell (much more inscensey/nag champa IMO). Both are better than guava which is kinda meh.

Hmmm... how does the guava high compare?

This illuminati cut does seem special. Those thrichs on the leafs look ominous in a good way. Killer pics and grow.

The illuminati cut is the best of the best IMHO.

All JJ's stardawgs are great, the illuminati has the best characteristics of all of them combined in one strain.

Superb EVERYTHING!

This was snypes first run with it also, wait till he dials it a bit and see's the true potential of this lovely lady...

He did post pics and comments in his farm thread.. check it out fellas

Any more pics of the stardawg snype?

Since youre probably on your 3 or 4th run with her how do u like her so far ? Did she fit your style of growing ? Was she picky ? Also where is she ranked in your garden as off now?

The dieselly taste on this illuminate cut is insane! So greasy, just diesel/chem to the max
JJ did some awsome work on the Stardog line.

She's an amazing plant. She grows more like Chem D and so does her bud. She is a little sensitive and can foxtail. Her smells are amazing but so are KK StarDawg. Kk is more potent and less sensitive. They both yield similar but KK yields less. kk is more dense and has more chem4 in the mix. they are both winners but KK takes the prize. As far as ranks in my garden, it goes:

KK StarDawg
Pootie Tang (StarDawg 6)
BYTCH (ChemDD)
Illuminati
The White
Motorbreath 6
StarDawg 9
Oregon ICE
