You should wean yourself off of these so you can really taste the bean.

I mix it up everyday. The white sugar jar flew out of the cupboard and shattered yesterday like it was flung by an invisible hand. What a mess. I just didn't get it all the way on the shelf. So no white sugar today.

I like the Hershey's creamer, just a dollup. Or white sugar and whole milk, brown sugar and cream, maple syrup cream and hash, honey and cream, etc.

Afternoon cup is always black.

Just depends on the mood.

I remember my first Ethiopian beans. Blue Mccaw roasts to order and then send priority mail. I swear these were still warm when I got them. Opening those beans the aroma was strong, almost sensual lol. That first sip of strong Ethiopian straight black coffee was incredible! Never have I experienced such a crazy aroma to the beans. Almost smelled fishy at points.

So I decided to hot tub instead of get straight to work. I'm a genius 😂

I worked with a bunch of coffee fanatics. The left coast guys were always touting the latest craze from Seattle or SF and the Montreal contingent all had $2K Italian espresso machines. While I like espresso and the occasional good capp, a steady diet of it rots my gut.
Very true about the gut acidification. We have a nespresso pod machine makes coffee like a crappy barista but 50c a cup is good value imo

This Morning I went with Lemon Mints and a pinch of hash. It gives a solid upbeat git er done vibe thats perfect for mornings. Pretty sure I went one toke over the line though as I'm staring at my coffee and reading icmag rather than heading out to work lol. Couple more and I'm off!

My Ninja coffee pot lets me brew with a paper filter single cups all the way to a carafe. I grind enough for two strong cups. If I have only one cup, I store it in a coffee can for tomorrow. On second cup now. Colombian...brown sugar and cream. Delightful.
Just fer you Lester

I started drinking coffee when I was seven or eight years old. My grandmother was Italian so it was considered normal. I've loved it for a long time.

In the States we had a chain of grocery stores called A&P and they used to have coffee grinders at the end of every check out lane. I used to love walking into that grocery store, all you could smell was fresh ground coffee. Here's a picture of one of the old grinders. Good times :)

Alright all, time to get squared away for the night.
I remember A&P, they had those green stamps you could collect and fill up a book for a gift in exchange.
Yes, I remember people grinding coffee beans in the store. Actually A&P was the closest grocery store to my home.
I heard old tales that coffee would stunt my growth if I drank it as a child.

Good day Jenn:)

Had nightmares about my seeds last night...I was growing in every available outdoor space and everyone knew it was me and the cops came for me
Nightmares can seem pretty real and sometimes leave a person with a residual effect from the intensity of the nightmare. I had a nightmare a couple nights ago of my son dying as a child, I felt burned out from the nightmare.

Good thing there mostly only a dream.

Good day DB

Afternoon Oldman

Well I managed to hit six foot in height, but maybe my NBA dreams were cut short and I didn't hit 6'6'' due to coffee, we will never know. :dunno:

Trouble Maker, just couldn't eat the seed off the ground. Has to get up there and knock it all out of the feeder
