Our resident rabbit got really bold a few minutes ago. He is chowing down about 10 ft from my sliding glass door. The dog - as usual - just doesn't know what to do . . .

I mentioned to you my Mrs has crohn's disease she was curious if the expensive medication your taking is a biologic?One of the meds I'm on is $14,000 every 8 weeks. The medical system is definitely broken and won't change till it becomes truly non profit but this is merica.

My favorite free beer story...I went to a nightclub with my wife and a couple of friends. The nightclub was part of a bigger hotel with beer drinking rooms. There was a popular big city blues band playing there. After the band first set, I decided to check out the beer parlor.Afternoon all

I hit up a couple Dollar Trees and got a early jump start on my Oriole food for the season -

I have too many (like that's ever a problem) cuts for my normal system so I am going old school cup which takes a good bit, but works. Everything still seems fine -

There was only man drinking in there and the band had a photographer doing a shoot for a record cover. The band was sitting at 2 tables pulled together and the 2 tables were covered with draft beer and pretend coke lines made with salt. I watched but never said a word. When they were finished with the shoot and going back for their second set. They looked at me and said would you like this beer, how could I say no.
There I was in the beer parlor with 2 tables of beer in front of me. My friends came looking for me and found me with all this beer. My best free beer story.

I take a magnesium supplement because I have a magnesium deficiency caused from a drug I take.
I eat lots of nuts and other magnesium rich foods. I get muscle cramps from 3 different sources.
it's something you apply externally,stops cramps pretty quickly
Wouldn't be the first time sci-fi became reality. With the vastness of space and it's great age, who knows for sure what's out there.

Maybe we seen each other, I use to go to the Colonial for Blues music or the Electric Circus.I saw Muddy at the Colonial Tavern here in 1976 - with Guitar Junior on lead guitar. I could only stay for 2 sets so I missed the closing one. In the mid-70s blues was at a low ebb and there were only 30 people in the audience that night. I got a good seat . . .
I actually only went to the Colonial that one night. By that time, I was living 30 miles north of Toronto in my 1st house with my 1st wife . . . 
I went to a Blues concert at the U of Waterloo, there was a total of 13 different blues players with some some very well known names playing, mostly old time bluesmen. There was 1 white man playing with them and he was their harp player. It was a good concert of blues music. I thoroughly enjoyed the show.I actually only went to the Colonial that one night. I have a free beer story.
Went to a party. Dropped Sugar Cubes. It started raining and everyone but me and 2 guys left. Everyone left in such a hurry they forgot the beer. We were so off on the trip that 3 of us polished off a quater barrel of beer, but could not get drunk. Up all night that time, shit that was 45 years ago.

The Electric Circus(EC) is a memory I will take to my grave, it was definitely a psychedelic experience. To me, I would have missed something of my generation. The EC was different than any other venue and the quality of the music was top notch. On Sundays if you were a member they brought in well know bands Creedence Clearwater was one such band. You would see people of all ages.

When I was 16 I drank 20 beers at least upon tripping and I did not get drunk but I think it made the trip kind of harsh/edgy. Still had a great time.

Hello Dooper! I have dentist early in May, only checking thank god! Couples years a go they pull of many rotten theeth in my mouth, it was relief...Back from the dentist. Have to go back on the 14th. The alternative, a mouth full of rotting teeth, is not something I want. I do hate the dentist though. About to get high. Hello everyone
