They are more compact plants with slower growth rate by a little. They do not take up as much water as the other plants and they are sensitive to RH and hot soil. About a week after they cleared the soil the leaves twisted due to higher pH water, only plants to do that. The soil contained some super phosphate and they kind of eeeeked at that but nowhere near as bad as the Sour Grapes which 2 of 4 completely croaked.

So seems mildly finicky but nothing like pure blueberry. Speaking of which I am popping my last seeds of the f4's, fruity line and doing a full seed increase using all plants, I have 10-15 seeds left.

Wow nice flowers man

I agree, everything I have done from them has been good. I can't find the finished Ripper pics ffs. Basically I think they reversed a SD clone and selected towards the Super Skunk side. Very similar to the plants I found in the SD s1 population only more consistently leaning towards SS.

Also, Pennsylvania stocks trout in the small streams / creeks...
For 2024, Fish and Boat stocked 2,626,720 rainbows, or 56% of the 4,699,507 trout stocked by the commission. (Also stocked were 15,382 golden rainbow trout, as well as 367,878 brook trout and 1,689,527 brown trout.)

In some areas Brown Trout are a favorite to catch. Myself, I don't like to eat trout so I generally wouldn't fish for them. In my older years with physical limitations I would mostly fish for those types I like to eat. 8 min. down the road is a nice trout lake but it also has kokanee which I don't mind to dine on or perch. If I catch trout I always let them go. I have eaten small speckled trout out of a stream, cooked up crisp on the shore, they didn't taste to bad for a trout

That is quite a variety of trout stock, anglers must love the different species. I have never seen a golden rainbow.

Hmmm, sounds kind of fishy. Or maybe, go fish... lots of states stock fish, I'll just assume they all do. Going to the local fish hatchery when I was a kid with mom was always an amazing trip.

My Mrs. and I dropped in at a salmon hatchery and we were early for the tour but the fisheries fellow said come on I'll give you a private tour. It was interesting and it was nice that it was just the 3 of us on the tour.

Hey there DB, how is it going? Brisket is good I like it's flavor and when cooked good it is nice and tender.

Today I had my usual coffee but added some hot chocolate to it. I don't mind that sometimes.

I meant to ask you are you going to continue with your latest soil concoction or are you going to continue searching? Have you ever considered CoCo? I'm still on the fence with CoCo myself, but maybe.

I've decided to work with the Sea Soil, compost to me has always been very beneficial to plants and the product passes for organic. I was impressed with it in veg, plants grew with a rich green color and needed no extra nutrients beyond what I gave the Sea Soil at the initial blending of the mix.
So far the bloom stage is going well. Only a few weeks left. If I'm going to have issues in bloom it's usually at the 4 week mark of bloom and I'm past that time.
Once I got the PH stabilized I've had no issues since
The plant that grew in the main mix with only Sea Soil blend is doing well and it had been through several issues when young, I dropped the sprouts on the floor and broke and crimped most of them, then the crimped one I forgot to water and it was looking bad, that happened twice. Now, it's the biggest plant in the tent.

It will take some experimenting to find just the right blend but I think I'm on the right track. A few more adjustments and I should have a cannabis growing medium I can work with. To be honest, I'm glad I was forced into a change. This new product is better and cheaper than my previous mix.

Yes I started with Happy Frog then switched to Ocean Forest. Then our grow shop closed down and no one else sells Fox Farm.

Like I said, I'm glad for the change as I think the new medium will prove better all round. It was rough getting of to a good start when I thought I was using distilled water to adjust ph but it was regular water in a distilled bottle. Caused me to have incorrect readings, good thing I kind of know what I'm doing or it could have caused unwanted problems. I like to use a one time application of dolomite to keep things balanced for the grow.

I don't have a perfect grow tent, there are environmental fluctuations, I don't have a higher humidity during veg and it can creep up during bloom to over 60%. Temperature is not properly controlled. My furnace went down for a day about 10 days ago and boy did that cause some of the fan leaves to start their fall colors, it was 17C/65F for a full 24 hrs. The plants still have bloom time left they should not have started their senescence.

When I watch TV in the evening I'm always laying down, as I want to take the weight of my head off my spine. No, I don't have a huge head, the weight of my head pushing down on my spine cause problems.
