Light rain currently, which we need. Sunny in the grow room as always!

Damn @Jenn that sucks but it is actually a good price on that well pump. Especially for the pull out and install included.

Finally got done with watering and topping. Time to make some pizzas. I'm thinking thin sliced Andouille sausage, red onion, green pepper, cherry pepper and cherry tomatoes.

Wifey will want ricotta, mozz and green olive. She loves her white pizzas. She dr's the ricotta with garlic and herbs.

Damn I'm hungry now....gots to go lol
Come on Lester…just keeping us in suspense not posting shots of yer snow covered girls

@oldmaninbc, your plants look great! What strains do you grow?

The compost looks good. I'd be interested in hearing how it works after it gets going in the soil.

Tomatoes definitely take a bunch of time. Now it is hurry up and wait. I can't plant outside for another 6 weeks. A lot of babysitting and work indoors coming my way when I transplant all the tomato seedlings into solo cups. I am growing a large variety of heirlooms to collect seeds. I grow tomatoes, and other produce, for sales on the stand out front and my friends stand. This season I am looking at growing on 1.5 acre.

Been pretty busy with the jungle of canna that is taking over. Building a new room as I didn't like the location of the last one. Plus this one has very high ceilings. Needs to be big enough to accommodate my canna projects and the tomatoes until hardening off time.

I also have some tents and veg/flower rooms at other locations. All working towards the same goal of breeding canna that actually has potency and interesting effects, flavors and aromas. Hopefully will have seeds for sale soon enough. Once it is time I will show off the plants and grows.

Have a good Friday Oldmaninbc!

I loved the pink panther cartoons as a kid too.

With the “being there” movie the ending too me felt like a metaphor idk.. he might as well walk on water lol considering all he did without knowing what was really going on. Went from living his whole life inside a house never leaving, straight to the top. The presidency all while being VERY simple minded

Your produce looks very edible, nice and clean, healthy, good color. I followed some of your gardening and you definitely have a passion for what your doing. When we use to live an hour from here in a bigger city I have a friend there that does a market garden for a living. We helped him sometimes when he was in a pinch, either in the field or at the market.
I live surrounded by agriculture, orchards, vineyards, market gardens and there is an agricultural experimental/research station, it's been there since 1914 helping with agricultural problems. Agriculture is part of the fabric of this regional area. Market gardens both roadside stands and the city markets do a thriving business.
My grandfather seen a troubled youngster and thought by teaching me about gardening might give me some focus. I was 12 when growing organic veggies/flowers/herbs and entering in fall fairs. It's part of my fabric too but my damaged 75 and heading for 76 year old body does not go along with my ambitions.
My grandfather was a tinsmith by trade but his love of life was gardening and that's what he did when he wasn't working. He had a very large city property maybe around 1 1/2 acres with half to three quarters of it in garden. When he wasn't tending his home garden he was planting flowers as a volunteer for the city.

Looking back, I could have learnt a lot more from this man but what is a wild teenager suppose to do.
Also, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't not have started my cannabis growing adventures in the 60s

That's why Lester I appreciate all that you do gardening wise and others on here who give passionately of themselves.

Definitely, Being There had more to the movie than just face value. The movie was based on a book, if a person enjoys reading it might be an interesting read.

Did you see the movie "Charly" from the book, "Flowers For Algernon."

Sorry Lester, you asked what plants I grow, this grow I used seeds from inventory that were a few years old, 2 Purple Punch at the back of the tent, White Rhino left side and a Bay Burger on the right.
After this is done I'm doing a shortened hour grow using a South Mexican BX and I ordered some some seeds from a local craft seed shop a few months back, they are regs and I want to try a potent relaxing strain maybe a Peanut Butter Herijuana or a cross of it.

I've been on a morphine prescription since 2010 I have chronic pain and other chronic diseases. I look for easy to grow strains that help me relax, sleep, eat and take my mind off my mental and physical issues.

I use to produce my own seeds but not any longer, I have more seeds then I can ever grow, some going back years. I had ordered several hundred dollars of The Real Seed Co when they first available to me and have never grown any of the 6-8 strains, Older Peak Seeds, HHF, Reeferman, yeah and I ordered about 40 regular seeds a few months back...I've lost my mind:)
