The damp cold days on the coast sink right into my bones, I'm conflicted as to what I prefer. I'm living in the south central part of BC, the Similkameen. We are still having above freezing temps.I way more prefer the weather in Bc, even if it’s on the west coast and raining, I spent 15 years living on the west coast of bc I loved it there, it takes awhile to get use to the rain️ One time it rained for over a month straight! Do love the winter storm watching, would constantly every Christmas be big storms and every year would have no power for around three days, almost everyone has woodstove and generators.
She never had puppies. But i wish
Hash, buds and oil is all I have ever smoked. The newer cannabis products I'm just not familiar with.

This crazy dude used to come through town each Fall with killer herb and oil back in the mid 90's. The oil came in small brown vials with a black screw on top. The mouth of the vial was the size of a cigarette.
Tent bucks a vial. Must have been a gram or so of oil. It had semi liquid consistency, was fairly clear with a slight blackish green tint. Smelled divine. We used to just stick a cig in the vial which would get a little oil on the end. Light your smoke and man that shit blew your wig back!
And that's how we smoked it mostly. If someone topped a bowl once in awhile it just dummy'd everyone and blew through the oil so it was rare. I used to have a sack of those vials somewhere lol

In my area(Toronto area) the ultimate smoke was the honey oil when well made.Cherry
Although I did smoke a couple of kinds of hash that equalled any oil. But these types of hash were not readily available.
In Nz it was a similar oil in the mid 90s. Came in gelatine OO caps for Nz$20-30 made by gangs mostly. Strong as fuck when done with hot knives. Saw a few people get KO’d before exhale.
It was gone by the 2000s though. The guys who made it went to meth cooking.
Early 2000s the honey oil was popular after NORMAL printed a step by step procedure in their magazine. That stuff was nice man a lot smoother than the iso green oil.
Mid 2000s I started making bubble hash and never looked back as with a lot of people. You can’t really buy hash in Nz, there’s just no real culture of hash smoking so people just make their own from what I’ve seen.
I kind of missed the Rosin era tbh.

Yeah I heard from the older heads back home green and gold oil was nothing new, it was just the availability that was noticeable to me. I started smoking early 90s

Some might have put some ash in a pipe and put a dab on the ash. I think? I get mixed up sometimes.
