it's $250 here in TN for a permit to grow hemp. it shouldn't be a penny more than that to grow your own weed when/if that is legal here. Virginia has NO permit fee for those growing their 4 legal plants (4 at a time

it is rapidly becoming clear that i live in the wrong damn state... TN had one of the first medical cannabis set-ups in the nation, but let it lapse because the feds quit supplying the (shitty) weed.
