It’s called consultancy I would do that in a heartbeat

What is that’s?

👍

It’s funny when you do try to help people realize everybody has their own way of doing things

Ha

😊

It’s going to be another outdoor hash crop😎 ...After all these years I still learned a lot...You can’t just grow anything you have to grow strains that are approving in the hash industry some of which you are holding 🔥✅

I’ve been curious about Vermont men’s genetics

The putthrough rate is always the bottleneck on the hash runs. Its very time consuming and more laborious than the entire grow itself. Thats what keeps me going to buy gummies, the extra time involved in processing.

Now, these people that are processing huge batches thats probably where a good bit of the profits for legal cannabis will be going to in the coming years. Always been my feeling.

It is absolutely 100,000% impossible for me to compete in today’s indoor flower market
When I started getting serious about growing it was due to retiring and being in my wife’s space a lot more AND the pandemic. I thought I’d make some “Covid cash” and avoid getting back on the treadmill. One of my former co workers came by to check it out and after listening to my rant he simply said

“Ya know man, everybody’s doing it”

no mic drop but silence

took a couple years for me to get it. The stuff is everywhere and you can even have it delivered to your home now.

You’re adjusting your sails dude and that’s ALL you can do right now

Long term I do think this trend will change but it’s no solace at all

Re:Vermont man
I’ve got to prove I’m learning something by adjusting my sails as well. Vermont mans Mountain Gold has been acclimated to his locale for over 30 or 40 years and is supposed to finish properly without any complex manipulation of its light schedule (see other threads for that lol) in mid October

I forget his latitude longitude but he’s further north than I am

So it will mean growing something that’s naturally suited to the outdoor season where I’m actually growing outdoors as opposed to trying to force landraces from Thailand or Burma or Nepal or Kumaoni to finish before they’re meant to. I say again, I got lucky with the weather in October and November big time.

My humility is low and I know it’s down there somewhere, I just gotta take another look.

I have a lot of compassion for you folks growing plants that require light deprivation. It’s beyond a chore :whip: . Here’s what I used to do to get the Mako haze to finish …had wheel it in and out of the shed with a dolly. Picture is from my old property in 2003 five years before my bust

This very nice breeder of cannabisseeds offers super qualitystrains like Tasman Haze, Mount Cook, Mako Haze or the superb and real tasty Alegria. Kiwiseeds began in the year 2002 to save great oldschool-genetics, mainly from New Zealand and the south pacific area. In the land of the Kiwi and Koalas sativas like Haze from the 70s grow absolutely fantastic, there you can find maybe the best outdoor cannabisseeds worldwide. KiwiSeeds took them to Europe to give the grower the possibility to grow this superb weedseeds also in our area. Booth of their strains are very easy to grow bringing amazing results also if you are a indoorgrower - Kiwiseeds is realy special, if you search for outstanding cannabisseeds, this is the right breeder for you.

I bought and grew them in 2013, was my 2nd indoor grow with HPS lamp. Pretty big cola plants, a little mouldy but the high was surprisingly happy, not so stoned you would expect from a skunk hybrid. :)

Unfortunately, the last seeds I had no longer germinated.
