It’s got some serious viscosity at the moment 
haven’t had lamb chops in a long time they’re actually a good deal. forget what I paid, but it was cheap enough so that I bought a Four pack Salt, pepper rosemary, @ a pat of butter under the broiler… Cheese ravioli on the side
Anyone who is considering doing fresh frozen don’t do it unless you have a back up generator because if the power goes out and that shit thaws out it goes bad ..it can’t Thaw and then refreeze. I found that out through the grapevine someone lost their entire crop of ff For just this very reason over the last couple days he lost power… I’m glad I let mine dry and didn’t do fresh frozen. It’s a lot more work yes even more work more volume that you have to deal with when you’re washing.
