Got my wings in the oven. I dust them with baking powder and salt and bake at 250 for 30 minutes then for another 40-50 minutes at 425. I like my wings crispy.

Came home last night to the overwhelming smell of fresh leather in my house. Turned out 2 led lights and a fan were producing the smell. First time in 30 years I have had anything like this happen. I'm thinking it was caused by a surge. Didn't have those on a protector. Glad it was only a smell and not a fire.
