I went with everything bagel and then pepper and garlic smoked salmon
We have a fish market in the neighborhood that smokes their own salmon and its probably the best I've ever had. One of my all time favorite sandwiches is white bread with a little bit of mayo and huge chunk of salmon with some fresh cracked pepper. Yum.
The best I can do whatever I can get from the supermarket..

One year long time for outdoor I got really aggressive andthink like 100 cups or more. After a while The only way to keep them upright was2 have them stuck in the squares of chain-link fencing that I laid horizontally on the ground. Try awkwardly watering 100 + little cups per session. 
Unfortunately your totally right…nice & healthy. I can see the workload picking up for you as well.
