whenever the orioles show up here I don't need to put out any jelly or orange peel because they love my hummingbird feeders...along with the neighborhood red headed woodpecker...sometimes it's comical to look out at the feeder and see a hummingbird, oriole and woodpecker all on it at the same timeHad my first Oriole visit of the year this morning. I usually expect them to show up May 1st but put out jelly I few days early just in case.
Wish I had friends to bring me that stuffSo my buddy calls and says he will be in town this past weekend and asks if I need anything. I told him I would take 2 sheets, a gram of k and a half gram of mdma. Took him an extra day to show up and he only brought me 70 hits. Well wtf.

i'm sure you've heard king crimson, especially when bruford was the drummer...talk about weird jazz time signatures in rock musicSuch a weird time signature in “The Eleven”
The Eleven is called that simply because it is in the time signature of 11/8. There are eleven beats to the bar with the eighth note as the beat. It is subdivided as three groups of three(triplets) and one group of two.
I got King Crimson’s first album in 1969 shortly after it’s release and Michael Giles was their first drummer…his playing on 21st Century Schizoid Man was amazing and way ahead of it’s time…I don’t remember Bruford’s playing with KC but I do remember and idolized a lot of his playing he did as a founding member of Yes until ‘72 when he just couldn’t take the very intricate structure of their material anymore…he wanted to feel more creative while playing…than being a robot with Yesi'm sure you've heard king crimson, especially when bruford was the drummer...talk about weird jazz time signatures in rock music
