Finally got brave enough to introduce echo to crud bun. Pretty amazed how calm she was. She's been watching beetle hang out with it a few times a week so that helped.
That silly bunny has no fear. View attachment 18817878
We’ve got some that have escaped & acclimatized in the village. They stay along the property’s perimeter and drive Cookie nuts. That bunny is awesome. Been thinking of getting some. Love the dog too but can't have one of them
That’s sorta kinda a southwestern exposureThey got the fire going good, thats going to open up a beautiful view. What direction is that looking from the house?
I got 3-4 wild that live outside and are cool to watch. As long as they don't mess with the plants they're coolWe’ve got some that have escaped & acclimatized in the village. They stay along the property’s perimeter and drive Cookie nuts.
Really looking forward to getting in there soon as it warms up,. It’s gonna be a nice lifestyle change.Looks like a beautiful valley you’ve got yourself there bud
I liked them at first, they get a lot less fun to watch when the season goes on! Lil cotton-tail punks have a crazy appetite. Killed 80% of my eggplant plants and would take a bite out of all the juiciest tomatoes before I could. They got fat as hell and real bold by the fall, gonna be fighting them all year I already knowI got 3-4 wild that live outside and are cool to watch. Thanks for the heads up as I plan to also grow vegetables this year. Guess I'll be fencing that part.I liked them at first, they get a lot less fun to watch when the season goes on! Last year was the first time growing in this spot, just messing around learning. I threw up 4ft lightweight fences around my veg garden and they still got in. Honestly wasnt too bad, just looking at pics and they only started ravaging stuff around September or so but youre gonna want to do something to minimize the damage. I grow near a lot of woods and and I'm sometimes only there for a day or two a week so they have plenty of time and I would catch them feeding at night. But I'm pretty sure they always come back the next year if they find food to eat so if you can discourage them the first year all the better.Guess I'll be fencing that part.

My dog was useless haha the bunnies are fearless-
they are tasty when fried like chicken...got fat as hell and real bold by the fall
am often disappointed about the hypocrisy of my life. I love animals, and yet eat them every day.they are tasty when fried like chicken...
I am actually thinking of raising the rabbits for a source of food as well as garden amendments but like you struggle a bit.am often disappointed about the hypocrisy of my life. I love animals, and yet eat them every day.
i don't think i could kill tame rabbits. quail or pheasants maybe, but not fluffy little bunny rabbits. maybe if i got the rabbit to bite me... then the guilt level would drop.I am actually thinking of raising the rabbits for a source of food as well as garden amendments but like you struggle a bit.
