I'll do you one worse - JUVENILE probation officer - they work with teenagers and yell at them for smoking weed. Got sent to forestry camp for a month when I was 15

For the social equity laws I think you’re just for retail dispensaries but I’m not 100% positive I want to cultivation license specifically a micro license

Went hiking/camping with about 10 kids and counselors from Youth Services. Month long. Lots of hiking. Was tough but made it. After that was done with probation though. Man youth forestry camp sucked.
I have been thinking about your investors. Rich guys need things they can write off on their taxes. Depreciation is a good one, and that means buying capital equipment that they are gonna use to try to make money. NY did away with 'hobby farms' cause they got tired of paying for all the tractors and such. Rich people like to lose money if it is something they want to do anyways. You have a farm out in the country they can get away to, and write off the trip.
In your case, the investors can buy equipment, leave it at your place, and write it off. If things go sour, they can take their stuff and go home. A generator and tractor with bucket and implements, and a diesel tank filled (250 gallons should be about right). BTW, after stuff is depreciated, if they sell it it has to be called ;income', sothey may just leave the stuff with you. Take care of it. They can get a cut of the profits, if there are any, and make sure the term of the deal is limited, so they don't nick you forever. Keep your R&D, seed, and personal stash separate from this deal, but allowed to piggyback on the light and heat/AC. Perhaps an outdoor grow is the 'farm' they share in. Get them to hire you a trustworthy helper.

But locally, just outside Atlanta, a young man driving a pickup truck attempted to drive full speed into a gas pump at a busy gas station. He clipped a brick wall on the way in and hit a landscaper's trailer which veered him off course. He destroyed several vehicles and ended on top of a car between 2 pumps. This is why your rich city investors want to get in on your pot farm. They need a bug-out location. Watch them want to put in a cabin, propane, well, and power.Maybe shoot a deer or two. Make them buy infrastructure improvements, which stay. They can write those off also.
