I have grown large scale on other peoples land and spent all the money, 80k in dirt and irrigation, did most of the work and was cool with giving the landowner half the harvest also. You could really help them out with what you know and genetics. Having a house to rent there as well would be perfect.
I wouldn’t let a piece of land like that go for 100k, prices will never go down they never do. The longer you hold it the more you make, but of course i am old enough to know there are a lot of variables at play. Either way best of luck.
not in a hurry I’m gonna make a smart move and it’s gonna be the most profitable move …btw I wasn’t saying I was selling for 100 K I was saying if I can bank 100 K in profit over everything that I have into it that would tempt me

To be clear it was 3000 or so pounds of flower we hashed and squished into right at 40 gallons of rosin, it took 3 months to process it and 2000 lbs of dry ice. If i was in New York right now i would do it again.

Edit: No i wouldn’t. Large outdoor grows are way too much worry, I stayed awake pacing the floor in a panic state for the last month and promised myself i would never ever.

I figured you were asking way more than 100k, i just don’t think i would let go of a place that nice to make 100k.

DHF - you and a few others were always my example to go big and make it happen

I was fairly sure it was a ton and a half of nuggage that got hashed It`s.....I mean how much bud would it take for 3000 lbs of dry ice hash before squishin.....Only God knows......and It`s , I lurked in your grow diary thread and I`ve got nothin but respect for your accomplishments Bro......You AND Star.....but......40 gals of rosin after a ton of dry ice and havin to get rid of all the trash afterwards from 3 months of processin sounds a whole lot like work ........

Ya`ll grow da FIRE , and I was NEVER able to run rooms the size ya`ll pull off , but thanks for the kind words.....means alot.....My old ass just stayed after it and made it a job for my retirement fund and somethin my son will have after I`m gone.....Ya`ll take care and keep strokin.....

We have Amish communities here in my area and I actually really respect them a lot…There’s a local farmers market but it’s open five days a week run by the Amish and that’s where I go for all my produce some of my meats cheeses dairy etc. the quality is incredible they’re blowing everybody else out of the water..They have a lot of money and I asked the owner of the establishment if he was interested in my 43 acre farm and he was & started questioning me about the land layout how much was open and how much was woods etc. the only drawback was it was a little far for them because they only use horse buggies for transportationo_O

A 6' tractor and some implements would do you a world of good. One with a front bucket, 4wd, (I suggest orange) and then a 6' bush-hog, a 6' tiller, a 12" auger, and a rock rake. A skid steer is also a handy toy because of all the attachments.

Do Amish have issues with dope?

And Please Please PLEASE put me on the list for some of the Mac1 Haze seeds. Do you wanna try to hit some with my SKOHLP pollen?

I’m having second thoughts (laughing out loud ) selling the farm I would never be able to replace it at the price I paid for it and it’s so fucking beautiful..That kind of tractor with implements you’re talking are we talking $20,000 or more ? this way more than I wanna spend right now…PS I think you’re a little intimidated but you should really try those pure OHaze seeds ..you won’t be disappointed just don’t let them get big ..flower that early top and you’ll be fine
