Lots of people like to tell about their exercise regime but few mention mental health. I try to understand how OCD effects my life. The funny thing is figuring out that the origins of my OCD, there could be at least 4 different possibilities for that. So, it no longer matters how I got it, just how do I minimize it.In four months going to be 64 years old. Am I where I want to be ? not necessarily ..am I doing OK these days? guess I am the good news is mental health is pretty darn good.
