I'm loving the way you trained that blue dream. Nice work star

Are those the blue dreams in the last pic? Haven’t smoked her in a while, but shes some great smoke. Plants look real happy

this is the best i can do up on a step stool looking down @ the Blue Dream and she already wants to tower over all the other plants in the room (but i wont let her because i am her master:sasmokin:)

Good to hear that mate. I suggest starting with smaller doses 50mg, maybe twice a day so 100mg total. Or using on a 'need to basis' rather than daily.
Online info suggests the same and also mention of Stacking with a choline supplement to help reduce headaches and slow release delivery.
Quality sleep with good brain/body nutrition are areas lacking in modern lifestyles and that's where we should pay better attention.

^^^i have a physical issue that compounds my mental issues ... my body has betrayed me because i essentially can't stay asleep ... at night when i go to bed i can fall asleep no problem what-so-ever ... but, the very second i reach a good level >> i seem to stop breathing and i wake up in a fit gasping for breath... then i quickly doze off and then the process repeated it self dozens if not hundreds of times a night .. it's been going on for years apparently only i'm just becoming aware of what the problem really is .. it's an apnea of some sort ... it complicates EVERYTHING in my day because i'm in fog from exhaustion ...marijuana does not help with this sort of thing

Sound like you have sleep apnea. I have a few people in the family who have it.I would definitely have that checked out.

A lot of people snor in sleep and at the extreme end suffer sleep apnea. Continuous Positive Airway Pressure. CPAP is the most common, most effective form of OSAS treatment.
For me exercise has helped in many ailments at 47 I'm partying like a youth still.

If you snore there's a pretty good chance you've got sleep apnea. If you have a few extra pounds there's even more chance. Maybe you wake up with a kind of adrenalin rush and really can't get back to sleep. There ya go. If that's you, Its a simple sleep test. Then you get a CPAP machine. It's a game changer.

don't forget i'm also recovering from a nasty flu & I'm thin as rail with no appetite .. occasionally i find myself suddenly ravenous ..i've tried to very active most my life & i'm in decent shape for my age 57 years old , but there is a TON of room for improvement both physically and mentally ... on the flip side it's all relative though, because there are some peeps around here that are in much worse conditions and they persevere ... today has been better then a lot of previous days...yesterday was good ...the medication is fast acting has provided me some mental clarity and seems to be helping to pull me out of myself in a positive and productive manner ... i wish i did not need meds, but apparently i do! ...

As you say though you are 57 years old and all those things you used to just 2fling off your shoulder wanna stick around longer now. I’m 66 and have been diabetic since 2005 and have to stay on top of my health daily or it gets away from me rather quickly. My brother-in-law is close to 70 a big German like 6’6” 350lbs...he uses a c-pap machine and hardly snores at all. When he does it’s very lightly. As far as waking up a lot like you do...since using the snoring machine he has been able to sleep better and waking up less amount of times.

Some people wake up every few seconds. My cousin is having his about 400 pounds, he had to have a tracheotomy, he slept for 3 days straight after the tracheotomy. The Dr. Said you have not slept for more than a few seconds for most of his adult life. I have to go get checked out my wife tells me I snore and sometimes it's lik e I stop breathi g for a couple seconds. I am stubborn and always busy so I have been putting it off. I just get sick of Dr. Who want you to clear your schedule for every little thing. I hurt my shoulder, instead of fixing it I have to do 6 months of physical therapy, to be told keep trying physical therapy. If 6 months ain't fixed it another 6 months ain't going to fix shit. I took 6 months off work, to be told take another 6 months off. Wtf I have a family to support. I told the quack, I can't just not work. Pissed me off because if they were quick about it, I would be fine right now. Now I am still in pain and the only option is more physical therapy. Who has a year to do physical therapy, and I pretty much know it's not going to fix anything.

^^^well the need is real so in order to improve my life i will have to explore options ... but aside that i had an interesting day #2 with my little experiment using Modifinal ... yesterday was eye opening to say the least & i was affected for over 15 hours continuously with heightened senses of everything ... it was easy to think and i got a lot accomplished and my mood was very upbeat...it's hard to describe the effects , i found them to be profound...today i had i little bit of a different experience ...same dosage 200mg split in half in the morning 90 minutes apart ... 1st half of the day was like the day before but with even more activity on my part...then around 5:00 pm (after i got my outside yard clean up all done) i felt tired ...this is not supposed to happen because this is a wake-fullness promoting drug... i fell asleep for one hour ... i awoke feeling peaceful yet a bit odd ...so here is where it gets interesting ...both days i noticed that while on the Modifnal i did not use THC at all ...none ...now that is extremely unusual for me ... i went and did a DAB of Thin Mints and the combo of the two is remarkable !!!:ying: .. there is some kind of very cool psychoactive symmetry going on between these two substance ... it's good...

here is my room tonight(apologies for crap pic) ...all the plants just got fed ...
