stapler too noisy, what else to use?

Hi guys,
the noise is my number one preocupation and so I need to hook up the black and white sheet in my room but the staple gun is WAY too noisy so I was thinking if there is any alternative. Thx guys

if its just a manual one don't worry about it. i guess you're living in an apartment. your next door neighbors could think you're an artist or some bullshit for all they know.

just don't do it at 4 in the morning.

The cheap $10 staplers at Home Depot arent very loud. You can also try using velcro or zip ties to secure your poly.

What kind of stapler is it? You shouldn't need anything that's too unbearably loud to begin with.

Just get a freaking hand stapler and staple it up during the day when people are most likely to be at work (between 10 am and around 3-4 pm). Or just turn up the radio real loud, turn on the vaccum cleaner and have at it.

imo, if you are worried about the stapler makin too much noise....you maybe should not grow there.

hand screw driver and little screws ...
a paper stapler (like staple gun but for ..paper lol)open it up and use it like that
a glue gun ....
a DIY gun and some adhesive...
superglue....
spray glue...

thx for trying to help out but I think I found my match. Im now using push pins with great results.
Yes I was using a cheap hand stapler from home depot and yet it was still too noisy. Theres no way I can do this in the middle of the day since im working like everybody else except for my upstairs neighbour who knows quite a bit about growing. he is the main reason why I have to make it as stealth as possible cause hes not born yesterday. People are not as stupid as most of you might think they are, if they hear the stapler gun too many times they will probably start to ask themselves questions which is what I dont want.
push pins were a hassel but hey at least I feel safe and thats all that matters right.

i'd still staple the plastic though. try doing like 10 or 20 a day if you hafta.
your fans are gonna be pulling on that plastic for 2 months.

this is one concept that my partner could not grasp


when people are living in a domicile of some sorts, it doesnt matter what kind it is.... THEY MAKE NOISE.

people listen to music, drop plates, vacuum, fuck , and do all sorts of various activities in their house/apartments/condos etc that make noise. its NORMAL to make noise, I'd be more worried about it being silent 24/7 and someone wondering if anyone lives there. THAT would ring bells in my head MUCH faster then someone bashin on a wall for 15 mins.


even if someone comes over and asks what the ruckus is all about, just say you were hanging a picture.

Man, Your the one that has to be stealth! Not the staple gun. For any question it should be second nature to have a fake and believable cover up answer! You should be able to do whatever you want and cover it up. otherwise your grow might not turn out too well. I hope you don't ask any more questions about using a damn stapler. LOL I can't believe I even got dragged into this thread.

AHHHH I had to come back again and add this. I can't stop laughing right now. DUDE people use staple guns all the time for all sorts of crafty little projects. ON Jackass stevo stapled stuff to his ass! LOL. He lives in an apartment.

My suggestion was gonna be push pins / thumb tacks or a hot glue gun. That always worked for me.

There is your answer. From now on whenever you go out of your house (laundry room, mail box and of course, the pool) have various assorted items stapled to your ass. Keep a good variety going and you should be good to go!
