SSH flowering question

What is the earliest I can flower these plants they are about 3 weeks old and about 6 - 7 inches tall right now. I have often heard to put hazes and their hybrids in flower early to keep height down , but is 3 weeks old too young?

I dont think, that a haze polihybrid would run on that kind problems. Fj will tell you for sure.

i flowered a SSH CLONE at 13 inches and ended up with about 6.5 feet of buds. It was my first real grow so i had no idea. it will get out of controll quick. My advice: grow it out to a mature adult with alternaing nodes. clone it and flower it at like 5-8 inches.

Can switch to flw as soon as the plant is asymetrical (alternating nodes).

hey witch king, i am growing some ssh f2s right now that i believe were selected for sativa characteristics. i am about 10 days in to flower and they are not stretching too crazy yet. i have mine lsted though. i flowered at around 5-6 inches. so switch if you want or train them sideways and wait a week or two and switch.

like DG says. wait till they are mature enough to flower. the ssh crops have my biggest plants ever. not all of course but there is always a few monsters.

i'm using an odd proxy and can't put my pic in this post. check my gallery. i lost all the great shots of the 18'' colas due to the OG disaster.

average flower time for me is 70 days.

Yeah hazes take up to 70 days to finish, longer even so the bitch is gonna stretch.
Might have to LST it depending on how much space you got.

super silver haze takes at least 90 days of intense light to finish ... if you have the correct phenotype , then she HAS the ability to out yield any other strain ... and the smoke is famous for a good reason!

when you flower 12/12 too small, you end up essentially growing a "bud"

you can get much better yields from fewer & larger plants ... sea of green with shitloads of plants is a pain in the ass and more work and less productive
