@Oldman Green holds an amazing looking '98 SSH:

OLDIES NEVER DIE

Hello farmers!

Here I continue with my Oldies. The first selections of the late 90's. It's Super Silver Haze 98 '. It is a very productive phenotype with a typical structure of Super Silver Haze but with a very different flavor and aroma. It's an old skunk no doubt. For me it is very special, unlike many Super Silver Haze that I have smoked and cultivated.

The moppel cut is still shared in Germany and you can even buy clones of it in Austria. It's also called Amnesia Core Cut.
That's actually one of the very few 'elite cuts' that has made its way to here in Finland, too.

I love the log cabin / band-aid glue / catpiss smelling genotypes of SSH, but Amnesia is great too.

I've found it interesting that it doesn't smell that spicy when you are breaking it up - but then the incensey notes come out when exhaling the vapor.

Haleys Comet is supposed '95 bagseed, never seen it

NorCal cut sounds interesting, any descriptions on location, era, and smell/flavor??

I've been on the hunt for SSH I use to get at SF dispensaries around 2006-2010. The nugs were forest green with dark orange pistils. Pinky finger sized. Spicy, earthy, woody, peppery. Not citrus at all.
That’s kinda How I remember it I bought seeds of Mr. nice super silver haze in 1999 through heaven stairway still got some pictures… the phenotypes were so variedthey were almost unrecognizable. The one I kept had hit the jackpot spicy, earthy woody, peppery smell and flavor. The flowers were huge.
