Malawi x PCK
Malawi x PCK fem seed sown in a pot in the polytunnel, planted into a 45l pot. Wasn't enough rootspace really, I think it could have produced a lot more and been a lot healthier given more space. It ran out of steam, yellowed quite a lot in the second half of flower. Still, the flowers are quite spectacular. Not as dark as Violeta, more like 50/50 Green/Purple. Markedly stronger in effect too, pretty heavy. It has much of the fruitiness but a massive dose of fuelly flavour. best described as a bowl of blackcurrants and grapes topped with used engine oil/grease and a dash of lemon. Intense, heady weed, a full-on smoke but nothing scary, nicely balanced.
28/7/15
early oct some time
10/10/15
As the weather became less reliable I moved the pot into the polytunnel, taking it put on good days, in the end I chopped around the end of oct/start nov. A little bit of botrytis had set in by this point.
Dried, cured buds, above-average yielder for flower rosin.
Peace, TEC.
