spidermites 1 week into flowering

azatrol, a costly but effective product.... Look it up on the web. Works on 3 levels, unlikely any bugs could attain resistance to it.

I always add Penetrator at 1/8 the rate they suggest, or a wetting agent with anything, unless it is specifically advised to not do so. Although the battle is won, the war continues. This summer is going much better than last. No mites in the mama room...

Also an Air Conditioner, to keep it cool. Or an evaporative cooler, if it is not too hot (also adds humidity - the buggers do not really like that) These things are helping. I use both machines in different rooms.

Spraying into the 3rd week or so is ok. Bio Soy I IS GOOD TOO, AND MUCH GENTLER THAN aZATROL, BUT THEY DO GET A RESISTANCE TO IT, The FUCKS. So, mixing it up with an occasional spraying of Bio Soy I, seems to bother them, too.

Ladybugs can be brought in the later stages, but they only eat the eggs, so you better have the population under control. They will not save you. Ladybugs do not enjoy eating mites, unless they are totally starving, and then even so, not many. Imagine, they eat about 10 or so mites a day, just a drop in the bucket, ya...?

Look carefully for any leaves spotted, and get rid of em - the whole branch, if necessary... If a plant is in early stages, and seems infected, but others are not, get rid of it. Carefully.

IMPORTANT: Take showers before entering your flowering room, or Mother room. Even after playing with the pets, yes, it gets ridiculous, but you know you are not bringing them in.

I assume I have 'em, and spray regardless. In the winter sometimes they seem to be totally gone, but the warm weather always brings 'em back.

Rotsa Ruck, it is summer.....

Ok, your plant have been in 12/12 for an week. I think the best solution is to bring them shower with, this way you get rid of the eggs & other mitestages!

I used to spent crazy time defending my plants from mites with neem, buzzoff, safesoap, pyrethrine & with many other solutions, the best way till this day has been shower with water & cleaning at least the growspace...

Those are the most fuck´d up pest´s to have, i now man!

Almost forgot, I saw some new organic sprays at a few hardware stores that may work well. I got one called Safer with Fatty Organic Acids and Sulpher as their primary active ingredients.

cold temps and high humidity to screw up their cycle, try spraying with Bang, its safe to use in flower up to a few days before harvest. check this home remedy out http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=18473 just be sure not to leave it on for more then 10 minutes at the absolute max, after the burning i had from using it, i would probably rinse it off like 5 minutes after spraying. then rinse it again lol.
