Snitffs- That's probably not mites. You'd have seen them first HIGH on the plant where it is warm. I see potassium and magnesium lockout (betcha you don't havce good drainage in those bags, get them up on racks so they drain freely) and what looks like it could be a calcium problem too. Little white things could be greenhouse whiteflies (if they look like tiny moths) or adult thrips (if they don't).
Make sure there is never standing water in your drain tray and your soil dries out rather well between waterings, and complete a runoff pH test to rule out acidic soil as a cause. I'd ask the mods to split this off into a new thread actually; it's going to get fixed easier with a proper thread title.
