A question for all of you that attended the cup.............
What were some of the special types of weed and hash that you found during your stay in the Dam???????
How about some of the exotic import hash???Did any of you find anything special?How bout the Bluebird?Did any of you stop in to check the hash this year?

How about those special nuggets of gold?What were some of the better weed samples tried during your stay??From the Coffeeshops and/or the cup.

Let us all know where the best treats can be found????

I really enjoyed the coffeeshop Amnesia. It is just around the corner from the Grey Area. The menu consists of mostly TH Seeds and Soma Strains. The Amnesia Haze cannabis along with the amnesia haze hash are on the menu. The MK-Ultra there was a personal favorite of mine.The Katzu also has an incredible menu. So much good cannabis....TweedeKramer, Dampring, Grey Area, and on and on.

The first days wake & bake was – JPL’s Grape Krush & Sensi Star

I got to buy 3 diff KILLER hashes from a local guy named Steve that was also carrying around some killer N.Haze

IMHO - Best personal smoke (out of pocket) there was; Rez’s ESCD - Jimmy’s Space Queen & ESCD – God Bud (entry didn’t make it in time but they were there) - Smokey Puff masters ESCD – Local Steve’s N.Haze – Magus’s Warlock (not entered) - BOG's S.bubble & someones wonderfull S.S.Haze that was passed around a bunch.

Best smoke I bought was A. Haze right from Soma 40.00 5 grams he also had some G13 bubble 25.00 a gram - Cannolope Haze – S.S.Haze from Greenhouse – N. Haze from the 420 –– Sage & Sour & NYCD was Killer from Hunters – Gray Aria’s - Gray Haze & 4047 (Mash) was great as well.

Barneys was nice & there Laughing Budha (98% sativa) was real sweet & one my personal favs to start a day with (added to my grow list) - a good/decent place to eat as well. I got to meet & spend some time with the owners son.

I got to try some of DNA's OG Chol thai - very nice

Best deals of the trip were Super Crystal for 5.00 a gram from homegrown fantasy & Gray aria had several 7.50 a gram reefers - AK 47 was nice but a bit of a let down the Gray Haze spanked it

Best menu & cure; Hunters

Dissapointment of the trip; White Widow from anywhere

Trichomes Farmers Maple L Bubble was some some the best Cannabis product I have ever tasted & felt the effects of – wonderful psychoactive & tasting & I will learn to make bubble hash as soon as I can afford some bags & have enough good trim. That guy like to get HIGH! He has a great sharing spirit & was one of my fav people of the trip.

I guess in all I visited close to 30 coffee shops IMO most sucked because of the music. All had a decent menus - some were a lot better cured than others. I enjoyed the cannabar in all of them - very cool experience & a lot had big screen digital puter scales. When not busy they would pull all the samples out for you to look at & smell & U caould always look & smell what U were buying.

Reefermas Kings Cross hash was a cut above the other entries – my fav local shop hash I bought was a pure Sativa Camarilla Haze hash – great up high!

The black Nepal was very sweet & brought back fond memories. Some Haze Ice from Willies in Harrlem was great as well – Nol was a GREAT host & had my fav shop of the whole trip – it was a great place to visit & would have camped there had it been in Amsterdam. Loved it...just not the walk that almoast did me in

It should be noted that elk only bought Hazes and mostly sativas, though tried the MK. Thanks Topbud, for helping we find out what I already knew, that MK sucks.

I got soem killer bubble from an expatriot Kevin who use to live in Cali. I ran into him at almost every shop I went too.

I was fortunate enough to try some dry sieve made by a master.

This is how heavy the smoke was.


The hash(pure trichome heads) was a fine red powder, and when a flame neared it scattered like greasy water when a drop of soap lands in the middle.

amazing action, and very rich flavour creamy and then wham your on the moon.

This quality will only find you, you cant buy it or ask for it.
Unless you have the expertise/patience to make it your self or are lucky enough to know the very few capable of achieving such determination.

Why do you think MK sucks Elkslayer? Did you smoke any more of it than the 1 hit that morning at Amnesia? It was a full-flavored indica with a nice punch. Not understanding the sucky part.

"I" think the MK was rushed!! I smoke both Sats/Indica and this time, in my humble opinion, only the Bio-Sage was on...... Now I spoke to more than 1 person who didn't think the MK was all that... DONT get me wrong, it was very good for a commercial coffeshop......
But.....If you grow and FLUSH and CURE then it's going to be a let-down no matter what!

While I grow both SAGE and MKUltra (although Im doing a MKUxNH now), I think Adam did a GREAT job with the Sage....

On the other hand, I do NOT grow ECSD, so maybe Rez (who does it right) would complain about Adams flushing techniques(or lack of) or the bud not being "1st Class" but for ME, there is nothing better than having some really decent SD buds!

So, perception has a lot to do with it, as does comparisons, and again, in my humble opinion the MK in November was MUCH better...


Now, I saw Reeferman in Grey Area thursday complaining that the Caramello Cream he just bought was different from November (HTCC Cup) Well, I was luckily enough to bring 5 grams home with me (getting smaller and smaller)


But remember....In accepting the award, Derry admited that the Hash that won came in during the Summer and that he twice vacuumed it, saving it for the cup! So, even though they sold Caramella Cream BEFORE the Cup and AFTER the cup, only the finite amount saved and sold during the cup was the ACTUAL winning hash!

The best example was The Old Church! Got hold of some Xmas hash and saved it. Entered the cup 1 time, pulled out the Xmas hash and WON! That was the year of the Soma "melt"down at Barneys 4:20 the day after, as immortalized forever in the HTCC DVD! BUT....even if you BOUGHT the hash during the cup, the Xmas hash was only sold to judges! Thats why the samples Soma brought to the 420 sucked so bad!

I guess, because some batches are better than others (Ganja wize) its a transient thing that is always in a state of flux.... But for what it was worth, I was NOT disappointed in the MKUltra!

I WAS very disappointed in the Arjans Haze....but THATS another story!

Bluebird had a great selection of hash I thought. We smoked some Ice-o-lator hash and it lit up all of us on the first or second night.....

I was told to goto El Guapo by Uncle Stoner for killer hash. I told the guy Uncle Stoner sent me and he pulled out a stash from his pocket. Its called Crystal Hash and is only sold in 5g quantities for 40 euro. One of the best of the trip and brought home 5g as well. Also a fav was Soma's g13/Haze Bubble Hash the Mrs was selling.
I did not buy much weed....mostly hash. The weed I did buy was descent.

Trichome Farmer,you know as much as anyone about the ADam hash availible for sale so please give us some input on what you like there that can be purchased without hassle.Especially intrested in which imports you prefer and what mi9ght be the cleanest (no trash and/or adulterants)import also would be very,very helpful.

Are a lot of the coffeeshop buds still being shaken for hash before being sold?

Hi Cap!

I have very little input for you, but you're welcome to it! For those of us who live in Europe hash is infinitely more accessible than pot. Its about all you'll find on the market, unless you have special friends :wink:. This being said, I was much more interested in tasting the different varieties of marijuana than the hash.

I did make one purchase of hash, as I do enjoy it in the evenings before going to bed. I bought a gram of Afghani Pollen at De Dampkring (along with a gram of Mother's Finest :smile. It was very dark in color, almost black, very soft, and surprisingly pure. It burned real clean, wasn't harsh on the throat, discreet expansion and had a very nice creamy spicy flavor. Not the best I've ever had, but nonetheless excellent

I'm sorry to disapoint but my knowledge of import hash is limited. I tend to smoke my own bubble the most(i guess it's import as well lol). :wink: the import hash I smoked this trip was all from private stashes aside from what Nol in Haarlem offered, which was likely some of the best his coffeeshops had.

since I began making water hash, a handful of years ago now, I haven't really bothered with 'import hashes' I don't trust 'em. When someone I know who'se hash knowledge is greater than mine recomends something to me I'll try it, and if I like it I trade.

the tweede kamer and the dampkring had a new hash menu called rifman, which were all supposed to be very clean, and bio grown etc. but the only things i tried from coffeeshops were hazes, and once I bought 1/2gram of the top bubble from amnesia coffeeshop, because it was kept how I like it, all busted up in powder form. it was 35€ a gram. while it was nice, I didn't think it was in the same category as my mli or gaiusmarius's ww or hashstars kalimist bubble

at that rate our bubble would be worth 45-50€ a gram.

pfffft I gave away approx 1/2 ounce in bong hits... plus thats what coffeeshops get not what the bubble makers get, the makers get less than 1/2 usually.


but now i'm rich in new friends, and they can't tax that.
