Casa Bonita is one of my favorite episodes too.
I take my kids to Casa Bonita several times a year. Its just like in the show.
It'd be easier to list the episodes that i DON'T like, its a really great show... people who don't watch it call it "vulgar" and whatnot, but if people actually watched it they'd appreciate the social commentary...

Who was making fun of Boulder, Colorado the other day?
The home and birthplace of South Park, and everyone here watches every episode. I've never met a person from Boulder or CU who was not proud of South Park.
It's probably the third best thing ever produce by the University of Colorado.

probably favourite would be the kanye west episode. i watched it so ripped, that it had so many extra meanings, and parallel analogies. it was great. hands down
other than that, all i have to say is, ever since southpark became mainstream, it has been good. some of hte old episodes from the late 90's, teh N64 southpark game era were pretty lame, without real writers, i must admit. i wouldnt want to put it next to the simpsons, but it was the same in its infancy as well. but with better writers and animation, come better reviews, just the way it works. all gets better with time
