i know the guy who send you the cut,i was talking a lot with him when he sent u ,u'r the guy of cannabscafé with the soma cut ,SAD,kali mist, i already saw your growing ,our friend is taking a break now for more stealth...
At least , it's a real pleasure to see the riri cut in spain , im hurried to see some big trees under the hot spanish sun...
What do you want for your information about this cut ?
It's called "lavender pheno" or "pheno riri" but i never smell lavender in it but i could understand this feeling ,i find it's more a blending of citrus-fuel-sourness
For me , the best moment to smoke it is the minimum of drying after you chopped it up cuz the taste is so fresh, so citrus ,tittoon said the same, with some curing it keeps a little this lime taste but it becomes too diesel ,too much distasteful/nauseating
ps:misterdj : your cut looks like riri does .... and yeah the guy who shares the cut to CC community is one of the nicest m8 i ever met on the web
True= it keeps the characteristics of the ECSD , that's right ,that means she throws out her famous nanners/bannanas but also the the famous sour taste and the pattern of the leaves...
False=She's a real sensitive plant , if you give her a little too much N during the flowering , she shows some nanners and i'm talking about F+30 not ending nanners that she throws inevitably
Don't believe all the hype
around a strain which is a accidental pollination from a monoecic strain on a great clone ... even with some work , it's the genetic reality, i'am not critisizing for free 
I just wanna say that this clone is not the representation of the Sour diesel Ibl , cuz this thread is really excellent with some beautiful photos from all the growers but i am not sure you will get a plant a least good enough measurable to the riri cut in a pack of 10 seed for a lot of $$ , respect to riri for the selection ....

3 years ago I went on a seed buying spree and the SD IBL is the best of the lot which included blueberry, sensi star, s.a.g.e and pog among others.
She's a true gem and you will enjoy her for sure.
I complained about the outrageous seed prices in another thread but after doing the math I realize i actually got a deal
zips of sour go for at least $450 here-and that is if your can find it-I've never seen it offered while purple haze and widow are here all the time.
$160 was a lot to pay up front but it has paid off handsomely for a med user who doesn't deal with the public-i don't sell and rarely share-you got to be careful who you share your stash with-the light goes off in their heads sometimes which can lead to trouble for you

BTW-I got 3 females and my "keeper" is much like riris cut-the other 2 were not nearly as good in calyx formation and effects-many can find this keeper pheno is one pack

That is hands down one of the top 3 best SD IBL cuts iv seen, and looks like a very good yielder as well.

Actually, I just wanted to know where exactlly is this cut from, and who made the selection. Now both questions are answered
The description you made about the taste of the SD is simply perfect. We all thought about a spanish lime ice cream (called Calipo) when we first smoked the buds. After some weeks of curing, this lime taste is gone, and now the taste is so much strong, diesel-sour flavor, a really powerful smoke, not for beginners...
For me, a 10/10 strain.By the way, I´m with you about our french friend, simply one of the kindest guy I´ve ever met. A great grower, and better person...much respect!!!! It was an honour for the CC comunity meeting him. I´m happy to read that everything is OK for him, I´m willing to speak to him cause I have now so many strains that I wish I could share with him!!!
If everything is OK, I´ll show you some SD under the spanish sun this summer...

RB send me the cut (best regards for he!) one year ago more or less and now i can smoke this great genetic .
locoporro, it´s true this citron flavour hit me the harvest day, when i finish the harvest and smoke the resin left in the scissors with a spoon.
green smoke for all, thanks to riri and R.B

I made this selection on Sour Diesel IBL seeds (Reservoir Seeds) in South France (Toulouse)... it was in 2006.
Anyway, Big up to Rez first !!!
