So having grown nearly all of Rez's "quicker" strains...I have to say Sour Queen II is my favorite.
Pet and I had so many great plants out of 20 seeds it was rediculous. Almost every plant would have been a keeper in nearly anyones garden...but we narrowed it down to 3. We usually have a clear cut winner when it comes to seeds...but not this time.
I really like this strain...2 of our phenos have an exotic fruit smell and flavor, not sour but unique as hell. Tangerine/Mango flavors has been reported by all who have tried it. These phenos were SUPER frosty as well.
The pheno that has emerged the winner has it all...1/2 sour 1/2 Somthing undescribable, medium yeild and a 60-65 day flower period.
Even with seeds from the unfortunate mistake with the G13 Skunk (thanks Shanti for making that SUPER right!) the sour queen really has earned its place in our stable.
Its a nightime Sour Diesel...and it rocks...
As I break up the bud for another test joint...I can smell that strange fruit, is it pear? Mango? and a deep Sour D funkyness...not as pungent or powerful as pure SD but on par.
Now that I got er all rolled up...the dry toke has the fruit and candy sweetness, which is nice...
Once lit im reminded that Im smoking a Diesel hybrid...burning my nose with hints of fuel. The exhale is full of sweetness but not that palate covering SD taste...Im already high...warmth behind my eyes and my forehead are instantly noticable...Yup I like her allright...
I think SQ II far exceeds Princess Diesel or WOnder Diesel...it high, flavor and ease of growing makes it a keeper.
