Saw SourGrapes and Pot of Gold at TWC in Tahoe about a month ago. They were the only clones they had. When I asked about the lineage, the guy in back responded as said before that it was purple elephant x chem d x sour diesel. Clones looked big and strong, but how does one know if they are really what the place tells you they are? They were not labeled either, the "bigger" ones were SG. Hmmm. Looked nice though.

My buddy dropped those off at TWC... The only way to really find out if something is real, is to grow it out!

I guess I am trying to find out if the one's your buddy dropped off were the same strain (grapestomper) that was taken from keyplay. I have 2 clones right now of sourgrapes from twc. They were fairly healthy but did have borgs (spider mites) and a slight case of PM. I have had them for about a month now. I started the clones first in 5 gallon dwc bubbler buckets but soon found out I have hard water (ph 7.2+). Roots had barely started to protrude thru the net pots and vegetation was turning very yellow, almost lost them. I decided to go with homemade smart pots for this run until I can build myself back up. Just getting back out here a few months ago. So after about 1 month of nurturing here is "my" sourgrapes clone, the healthier one that was actually the worst at first. Hopefully it is what I bought it as, $10 per clone, not bad imo.

Be careful with the clones because my friend got fake sour grapes at a club in socal.

I'm trying to get the Grape Stomper x OG Kush that keyplay has recently released in seed form. Pretty sick. check out his website for the seedbank Gage Green at GageGreen.org

I picked up a cut of this at Northstar Hollistic in Sacramento and was curious if it's the real deal. So far the leaves look like what Ive seen in pics and they are sticky in veg. Anybody grow out the cut from Northstar ???

i'm suprised to see so many people saying that it is a good yielder!?! I mean its not horrible but 2# a light would be hard to do with the SG

lazyman, your sour grape looks nothing like mine? or mk6's which looks exactly like mine. why does your foxtail? are you sure its really the sour grapes?

Sour Grapes is an interesting strain. I'm on day 37,doing a sog with one gallon pots. I vegged to 12-14" They are definitely sativa dominate they stretched to 32-35" with long internodes.
I was bummed looking at a box full of Olive Oils, then they filled out. Big buds glistening with trichromes.
I'm impressed with this strain it would do well in a scrog.
