lol I'm a bit confused the way its wrote. If he got 3.5oz per plant that's about right as well. I can't get anymore than 4-5oz from a plant no matter what I do. I would agree the dubb is not GSC dense. GSC is a good example of dense flowers my dubb is not like that. I'm pretty confident I'm running a real cut. You never know maybe I'm running sour Diesel with the same terpene profile.
your cut looks as legit as they come, like I said sir's just got the magic touch with the dubb and the cookies...fuggin guy's more of an exception than a rule LOL, and I remember his dubb being more dense than mine ever was for sure...

I've had cookies perform well for cookies(like1.5#per) but I've hit 15.5zips/1k more often with it....and Ihaven't had the dubb in the stable since probably like 2011, so I have no idea how she would do for me these days.

No worries. I always question #'s. When I see 8+ oz plants it's just an auto red flag response..

PF your cut is real. you do nice with it too

yield~ im not worried about per plant. I worry about per light and/or dried ounces vs amount of medium. every medium I have an ideal oz per gallon goal. coco I am talking about now.
normally on 1 gallon coco plant I get between 3-3.5 oz usually closer to the higher end.
in the 2.5 gallon pots the ratio is a lil lower because they were not as established I probably could have vegged another 2 weeks. if I had hid veg id do just that too, sadly limited to t5s with a major height restriction, and was hand-watering extra medium is a buffer against my laziness haha
so I got 3 plants in 2.5 gallons for a total of 14.5 oz for an average yield per plant of 4.83oz totally not a tree right
that's not even 2oz per gallon of coco. but I didn't have to worry about drying out doing hand water that grow so it was all part of the plan.
I fit 9 plants per light that run. assuming they were all dubs, and averages were consistent (usually I put similar sized and structured plants together and toss runts or keep for next run)

9 plants @ 4.83oz= 43.47 oz under a 2yr old hortilux eye not fancy but trashy lol would be a good yielding strain imo

ive never hit that kind of total per light because I run 15-20 strains at a time. but I know I can break 2 a light with a mono of dub easily and only use 22-23 gallons of coco at most, under a hortilux
I still have dub in a jar from that run and it is indeed as dense as cookies that's in the jar right next to it.
cookies gets nice for me too but that's another thread lol

Dominican green is getting over 2# a light running sour dub trees. like 9ft tall indoors under magnum hoods 1 plant a light im almost certain. not sure how well he trims but I know I trim it up very clean and its frosty as hell has mad bag appeal. stinks insane the best smell to me in my whole stable of ladies. will always grow dub.

keep it green fellas I love Dub pics. I deleted my albums or id drop a few

deezy knows me personally if anyone can vouch for me its him as far as density and quality. and im not a liar so the yield part is what it is. someone here will get 3 a light with DE before I do I guarantee. I mean his friend called me the sour dub guy for like 2 years lol its all he wants to talk to me about. that and the Wifi wink wink white/fi (insidejoke)

The yield on ea plant makes a big impact for me. I also run 15-20 different cultivars in a perpetual setup. I do my best to get every oz out of ea plant on the floor. I have the normal work horses that produce 8+oz I put into ea run, Glue and KQR. I'm still looking for another plant to add.. I don't like taking up to many spots for clones that's why I need plants that yield big. I use the rest of the room for new gear some of my own some from others. Will be trying the SFV x GG#4 for now.

Well I guess I'll just keep an open mind when it comes to weight. I'm certainly hoping for big things but I'm not getting my hopes up. I'll be happy with whatever I get out of these.

More pics!

The two I have in the flower room right now. I believe I topped the one too many times and will hurt yield. The one on the left is ten days behind the right one.

Looks great as usual TC, You wont be disappointed. I'm sure she will be around in your garden for a long time. Finding flav like this is not easy.

so it seems this one will be coming across my desk sometime in the not too distant future.. interested to know its growth habits... from what I see it appears to lean indica.. but staking/support needs, veg speed, opinions on flowering times... Ive seen someone somewhere in here say best flavor is 56 days, but anyone take em 70?

I took a few @70. That's to long IMO. I just took 1 @ 60 I like that better. The 1 I just took gave me 3.5oz. This was the last Sdubb in this run. The rest are s1.

Earlier gets more twang to the flav, later more lethargic but not worth it with almost no detectable increase in yield.. Top once early on, let her establish fully along every transplant.. I have always over vegged her, my next attempts with her will be many more plants in smaller containers... Thinking 16 under a Gavita, if I get a lb I'll be happy but I'm betting she can do better... GG4 on the 2nd light for good measure.

always 8-9 weeks I agree with PF 100% 70 is to long.
veg is quite slow. lots of super cropping is best. yes stake nets something
my opinion on the flavor~the best~ the concentrate tastes like when I eat about half a handful of skittles, the mixed flavor it gives its very similar to what I taste bro. ive had reports back from recipients that used the same exact "skittles" description without me ever mentioning my opinion. I simply asked "what did you think?" and got back 2 replies. shit tastes amazing...this tastes like skittles... from everyone lol

do any of you dub growing folks taste this too?
for the record I have a really sensitive palate. im always the first one to smell a fart or bad breath lol

I'm pretty set on s1#3 as my keeper. I still need to see s1-100. #3 is outstanding in quality. I think I'm getting some lemon on that 1. I have a few #6 in flower for the final look see. If its not better than #3 I wont take more cuts.. #3 is the 1 to beat. The flowers are dense. More then what I get from the mom.

Skittles?...yeah, maybe. I think it's more like gummy worms. But, I'll stick with what I had said a few pages back. I taste Mountain Dew with an earthy funk.
