I have the same interest but also regarding yield. I have WIlliams WOnder and LIfesaver and thought of making my own crosses. My goal would be to increase the yield of the ECSD or if you reverse it, give the diesel flavor to an indica ( Aurora Indica, Williams Wonder...)

It's easy to grow...its mostly trying to keep up with the waterings everyday..2 gallons sometimes per plant and it does over 4 feet..
Very good smell with deisels genetics inside them..SourQueen is one of them. This Cross didnt stink at all but I had the SQ-DSD father and it reeked more than 4 plants put together

so i can expect a stretchy plant with skimpy yields?

and with wonder diesel-is there a big variation because of the different fathers?....and how about the taste?

This is the SQ

IMO it seems the male genetics in the diesels line are pretty strong dominated genes..and the IBL has the clone side of the female so you would not have hugh buds like in a cross with a DSD...

With bending and twisting branches and firing her up at 12/12 and buds on a SOG screen...The IBL can do good.. but Untrained..I dont think so..But it's not really skimpy yeilds. The pic is of the SQ

I crossed one of my own strains to the ECSD clone, was very surprised to find the flavors were enhanced quite a bit.... Turned black and purple outdoors too....
"stinkyXdiesel", because it was "stinky" that i crossed with her.
Im going to re-do it when i find time,I had a few problems with random stamanate action. They were either sterile or i plucked them all, but the male i used on the "clone mom" was an autoflower male. Im always experimenting with something- but I betcha I don't mess with an autoflowwer male again. Had problems with everything he screwed!L.O.L.
I have a huge supple of my third generation of stinky beans, and some of rez's second gen SD- so the re-make looks great for the future....
Right now im wanting to test some F1 NL5xKushXG-13 , which are in very short supply and might need pursuing- while the NLxKush male is fully reverted and in my vegroom.
Not a speck of pollen on him at 18/6, he fully reverted to veg after a successfull breeding program on 12/12...
I love my SD, im about to run a wave of clones through the budroom,as soon as the g-13 are done.... Im sizing down my moms now and popping seed.20 blueberry, 15skunkberry,15 nlxkush, and 10 butterschotch hawaiianxg-13
wondering what the sourXG will be like? Me too.
Because my G is straight up af-candy. Im really looking forward to the BHxG's.....from the same source, who has now disssappeared of course.....Both were giftseed.

Easy to grow...I get great results from this soil mix

Miracle grow soil with extra perlite, vercumulite
soil medium warm...Blood and Bone,Foxfarm Ferts w/ Mycorrhizae and humic acid 7-4-5

Loves the DynoBloom and sucks ALOT of water..Great finishing results.

Well, if the powers that be hadn't removed my SD thread, you'd have some nice reading to do. But, these pics should suffice. I grew out Rez's ECSDv3 and these are the results. They were grown out in 2 gallon pots, veg'd to 1.5 ft., and matured to 3 ft. Each one yeilded 1.5 oz. A very nice strain. Tall, yes, but very fat yeilds, it really surprised me. It also re-veg'd very nicely after 30 days of 24/0 light. I'm about to begin week 2 of 12/12 on my one SD mom that I reveg'd and am now flowering. I attempted clones, but I screwed that one up myself, having no good place to do that properly. But, I hear it does clone very well if you know what you are doing. Try it out...you'll like it...the smoke is fantastic.....
