wow. you have mutants, and you have retarded mutants. i'm sorry but your plant falls under the retarded mutant catagory. thats crazy. almost looks like a bonsi tree. your other plants look great.
4 weeks, well it looks like my Sour Bubble grow may be turning into my Nirvana Ice grow. There are preflowers showing and almost all the plants look male, 5 I am pretty sure are male and 1 not sure yet. It will be hard to tell for a few more days. I will be happy if I get one female.
I am prepared for this, there are 8 Ice clones in waiting which will still make a nice little SOG
At least they look good
3 Ice clones vegging with them, these rooted a few weeks ago and I've been topping them to keep them short
5 more Ice, just rooted a few days ago. Mom is on the left.
2 weeks flowering. I had to boost the Ice plants up quite a bit to even the canopy. As you can see the Sour Bubble received a major trimming, the fan leaves were blocking all the light from the budsites so off they came.
So far they have received 2 feedings, each one has been:
1/4 tsp Open Sesame
1 tsp Tiger Bloom
1 tbsp Big Bloom
2 tsp Liquid Karma
Are you sure you should have cut so many fan leaves off that early? I hear that one of the main ways the buds get their increase in size is from the fan leaves process of photosynthesis, cutting all those sites where you used to absorb light to add to the buds have been restricted to much less than than regular.
Is this a tried and tested method? Just wondering if your doing a little too much trimming here at an early flowering stage. I have heard of tucking big fan leaves under or to the side or away from nug sites but im not too sure that cutting them away totally is your best bet here?
just an observation, let me know if this info sounds ok
Trust me exposing all the budsites to the light is a good thing, there was much more leaf material than necessary. (See how the Ice doesn't have that much leaf material but it's still growing some nice buds.)
WeedTime its a 250 hps, I use white balance on the camera.
3 weeks. Sour Bubble have filled in nicely since the trim, many happy budsites.
The short Sour Bubble is not as vigorous as the taller one and looks like it won't yield quite as much. I found a few bananas on her, and just one or two on the taller one, pulled them off and I will be checking for anymore.
So the one on the right is going to be a mom, actually already is. The two clones I took from her at the beginning of flower are rooted and doing well.
