Sour 60 Minni... 12 days old?!

Hmm I might have missed it but how many days old its the mini tripod sour 60? Nice job repotting that baby outta the beer cup. I started mine in them too and wish I would have started it in the final pot size as that seems to be a big factor in the outcome of the autos. Gotta let that tap root go deep right away to get best growth. I actually had to transplant my oldest dwarfs from DWC to soil because I was getting slimy roots so I had to chop off about 7-9" of hanging roots (everything below the 3.75" net pot) and plant in soil. I know for sure that had a huge impact on my babies but they still are some little fatties!

HOW CAN I GET MY OUTDOOR PLANT TO PUT ON SOME GURTH?!

the bud size has been the same for about 2 weeks, I am at full nutes for my floranova bloom, and i added molasses two days ago. But yeah it seems to be at a stand still.

There has been alot of rain and not a ton of sun, I figured it would still pack on a little bit.

Is there anything i can do to kick this plant in the ass and get it growing?

I think your best bet is to wait for the sun to come back. Light will be intense, the soil will dry a bit (must be quite heavy after several rainy days), bringing air to the roots, the plant will resume growth.
No need to push nutes if there is no sun (or enough light) to grow correctly, the weakest link in your system (in this case, lack of light) will be your limiting factor. Pushing nutes during rainy periods can bring mold with some sensitive strains.
Best of luck :joint:

Turns out that little s60 isnt doing so bad!!!

Seems to me like it would be an amazing plant to scrogg. To be honest it has been growing the fastest out of any other s60 I have had so far, could be me learning the strain but i have a funny feelling this little guy is going to be a winner.

So heres another update pic.

I dont know... i didnt stress this plant at alllll... it was going so good, i thought 2 days ago i saw sex, im sure there are female hairs. Then i go down this morrning and BLAM theres like 20 ball sacks.

Guess this is where i give up on S60 for now.

SO SHITty i was really looking forward to this plant, it was going to be a neet one.

thats so depressing. Waste of money for me thats forsure. and like 5 months of trying to grow s60... One more in the garden that i dont think will have time to finish. bahh

Not that surprising really when you consider the genetic make-up of these plants.

Most of the elite growers realize AFs are unstable and do not offer anything to a grower other than a quicker shorter outdoor variety for colder and shorter climates. Less potency, more chance of mutation, and overall completely unstable. If you're growing indoors I don't even know why you would waste your time with this crap.

I guess you had to figure it out the hard way, like me. Sorry to hear of your experience.

Hey everyone think it would kill my outdoor lady with prob 2 weeks left if i moved her inside? i have a huge pot im sure i could get all the roots.

Last 2 nights it has been 3 ºC = 37.4 ºF. and for the last week overcast and rain... one half day of warm sun. But i really dont think it is going to finish outside, its just going to get cooler.

I have just seen so manny nice AF plants arownd here. Some people really do great with them, GREAT! So im sure there is hope for AF, there are some really nice strains out there.

I have 4 Original Haze X Skunk1 feebee seeds that came with the S60 and a beg seed that are going into the box now i guess "well inless people think i could get away with pulling a 6 week old Sour60 out of the grownd and putting it under a light would work?" but staying away from the AF for a while.

said it before will say it again, if u want decent autos stick with joint docs or lowlife, the rest just cant be consistantly trusted, sour sixty has a vested interest here, its no surprise its hyped to the dam moon and back. nicoli is on my ignore list, he gets very pissy about autos, i found mine very uniform, low 2 and diseal ryder, all plants were withing an inch or two of themselves and finished about 3-4 days apart tops, high comparable with alot of indoor reg strains that get decent dollar per gram, lets face facts people, pretty decent indoor quality weed today with seeds ordered from europe or clone from a dispensary are nothing other then the swag of today, elite strains are still very rare-autos are just about on par with 90 percent of whats going around in the last 4 states ive visited anyways, hawaii not included, they got real shit there, the uv light is through the roof on the island strains. its also important to not expect much from a ten pack, try a 30 pack and hope in this 30 pack u find 3-4 keepers tops, if u get more great.

what is it with these fuking idiots coming into the auto section and dissing genetics,i think the bottom line is "if your not a fan stay away" :jerkit:

im pretty choosey about strains that i grow, i like to do my research a little bit 1st before making a purchase and im seeing people reporting bad things about the s60 but thats not to say othoer autos do get some bad light from time to time

however the ratio you got is pretty piss poor in my books and paying them sort of prices i would of expected better.

try and reserach strains before you buy them and dont just jump staright on new releases, wait for a few grow reports and let other people be guniea pigs before spending your hard earned cash.

i hope this doesnt put you off autos because there are some wonder full strains out their waiting for you to discover and enjoy ;)

peace

sour 60 does not do well outdoors i had a very mild grow season so far no major rains and this little bitch still got mold a week before harvest so the beans she was making were premature maybe 50% of them are OK.sour 60 is a good indoor hydro and thats about it. IMO!!!!

Dont let one tracked mind people get to you skotty, especially when you know what you are doing suits your needs. I hate when long season guys grow a few good plants and think there king. Its not like that, there is so much to learn.

IwannatokeNbone is right here the Doc and lowlife are good sources, My Purp jem kicked my ass, as well as a couple 40 yr smoking vets. These came from joint Dr and bred from mossy. Also the island strains are it what we see are glorified beasters with the thc not dry sifted.

keep the fuckin bullshit to P.MS... taking over my thread with such harsh vibes man. I didnt post this to shit talk Autos or Mdzang.

Thats not what this forum is for.

my point exactly

its for like minded growers to get together and discuss and share knowledge and information about the genetics we are growing, as previously stated if you dont like what we are doing in this part of the forum dont come in here simple as that

i hope you get some return on these sour 60's to compensate the bad run you had with them at least if its only a sample smoke its better than nothing, and i wish you better luck in the future fella :good:
