Sonic Bloom and Sound Wave Ideas

I recently purchased Dr. Carlsons Soundtracks to use in my grow. We will be testing them out alongside the Earth and Grow Grounding system. I wanted to see other input from growers that play music and talk to their plants. I have been singing and playing music for my girls for years. I am in works of getting an app that allows me to play specific tracks at specific times of the day/week. This will fit my foliar and feeding regime. My input at this point is that the sound of running water induces greater root growth... lets see what other magic happens in cymatics!!

I thought that the reason singing to your plants was beneficial at all was because you were essentially blowing CO2 over them.

People who sing to their plants tend to be people who are more attentive to their gardens in general. The results are due to the meticulous care the plants receive while being sung to, not so much the actual singing. Correlation not causation.

I could be wrong though.

What/who is Dr Carlson?

There is overwhelming scientific evidence that sound wave have a direct correlation with specific growth cycles in the plant. As a scientist I find that the interactive links between biology and physiology of earth cycles has a huge effect on how plants grow. These correlations can be found in localized ecosystems. In Dr. Carlson's research he expresses how the sound of birds and activity of other fauna has a direct effect on the intake of nutrients in the early morning hours. In scope we can go to the field and actually see this this take place. Its some really good information. Cymatics is equally important. The earth and its components all share specific vibrations based on molecular structure. The combination of these components can have drastic effects to the biological makeup around them. As I stated the vibration of water running near root systems increases vigor and growth. It is an essential part of how root have an affinity for water. Anyhow more chatter to come so please keep those ideas rolling in!!

I recall something i saw on tv. Its was a study of music for plants in which they tried several kinds of music and measured the results. Heavy metal won out over classical and the others. They speculated that the harsh vibrations opened stomata more.

Never tried Metal. Plants always seem too happy to play angry music for them.

I wonder how many other growers are using music as a catalyst to good plant health? The CD seems to be a compilation of classical music and whistling songs with some type of higher frequency dubbed into the songs.
